The issue was not bit defender but the Zone Alarm fire wall. Even though it was set to accept the casino it continued to block it. I have downloaded and made my first deposit. Wish me luck !

They were good at the beginning with the welcome bonus ,but after that very selective with promotions.

i didnt close the account but i uninstaled the casino and may be i will install again (or not)
because of the same things, (lots of deposites) winnings 0,00 thanks form them = 0,00 during 18 months of deposites

if i remember correctly i tried them some time ago,only to find out after my first deposit that if using neteller either no depositbonus was given or a ridiculous playtrough

Okay so it took about 6 years of reading about them but today I am finally going to try 32red casino. I was happy to stay at my "favorite" microgaming casino until they decided to take 5 days to pay me even though I am a very good customer.

Are you serious?!?!?, for the past 6+ months there have been a daily bonus from the bonus vault right up to, and including the bar code bonus, okay some days the bonus returns a blank, but the very 1st bar code bonus gave a 200% deposit bonus, show me any MGS that offers returning players a bonus as good as that (without VIP status).

As for those players that grumble and blame the casino for no withdrawals, that is down to bad luck, nothing more, nothing less, I have had 27 straight deposits at Ladbroke`s with no withdrawals, will this stop me depositing there?, hell no, why?, because the 5-7 deposits that preceded my poor run netted a profit of around £4.5 - £5k, that my friends is online gambling. Some days you`re the pigeon, others, you`re the statue.

32Red have started running a lot of promotions lately (last 6 - 8 months), the Christmas one got a lot of attention and now there running the Bar Code promotion.. there is almost a deposit bonus a day.

The guy stated that there was a lack of promo e-mails so maybe 32RED decided he was to be excluded from these promos. This casino is, in general, quite generous with its bonuses but when they discover that a player is trying to abuse them they take a course of not awarding it to some particular players and personally I find nothing wrong with that.

I have no sympathy for players who constantly complain of getting no w/ds unless their rtp at all games at all times is consistently on the low side. Some may be aiming too high eg 50x your deposit before calling it a day and honestly how easy is it to achieve this. Possibly not even once in 100 tries. Aim lower and you are likely to successfully get a w/d.
