Angry How can they GET AWAY WITH THIS?? Really beyond my belief!!

This is the first post I've ever made. I'm doing this to get it off my chest. How can some casinos BLATENTLY and with TOTAL COMPLETE DISREGARD for online gamblers hard earned money, TAKE IT WITH NO REASON?? I had made it a practice to check Casinomeister's site before spending a dime on any casino. ( We all owe the Casinomeister a debt of THANKS for his selflessness in supplying this forum.) Well, I got a promo from 99 Slots and Real Vegas and Slot Nuts. I played it and won and didn't bother to check here. MY BIG mistake! Here is the sad story. I won a total of $1,500 from the three casinos total. Within 12 hours I had sent them 100% completed and accurate documentation on myself to get paid. I phoned them and verified that they had "ALL THEY NEED AND IT IS IN ORDER." That was OVER FOUR MONTHS AGO!!! I have chatted with them 61 times and EVERY TIME I get a variation of the same lame and false excuses. One game after the other. One excuse after the other. I have emailed them 46 times and every time I get an automated response saying that they have received my query and that someone will "get back to me" within 24 hours. I HAVE NEVER EVER GOTTEN A RESPONSE. I have 46 different tracking numbers that they have lied on. After three months I found the $1,000. withdrawal back in my playing account. They said they had a NEW system to pay people off and that it was an error. THEY HAVE NEVER changed it back. They said "fillout ANOTHER withdrawal form. I cannot! It will not accept any withdrawal request until the "Swift Code" for the bank is input. My bank and NO bank in my city has this SWIFT CODE. I told them this and they said to put anything there!! Then it would be MY fault for entering inccorret data! So, now I'm totally dead in the water. I will NEVER get my money. That I'm sure of. But my MAIN QUESTION is: "How can ANY business or casino continue to exist doing what they are doing to EVERY "WINNER"? It seems highly likely that one day they will refuse payment to "THE WRONG PERSON" and that person might want to escallate the disagreement by travelling to the source of the problem. Their offices" . In any event readers, stay AWAY from these and any other casino in their group no matter WHAT the promo is! Sure, they can certainly afford to offer unbelievable promos and no winning cap on "free credits" because obviously they have ZERO intentions of EVER paying this money. Don't do what I did, BUT, check www.casinomeister.com FIRST before spending one coin.

Sorry about your problems with these casinos. Not sure what can be done about it since these casinos are known rogues. Also depends on how much time and effort you want to spend on trying to get paid. I once worked for 2 months for $75 but it was a matter of principle for me.

First off, calm down a little. I know how frustrating it is to deal with casinos like this, I've done it once or twice, but the first thing you have to do is honor their request for information. Are you absolutely sure that your bank doesn't have a Swift code? Sometimes you get the wrong person answering your questions and they won't know the info. Look it up on the internet and see for sure.

You have to make sure that there is nothing on your end that should keep them from paying you. Then, when you have done everything they asked, go after them. Make sure and keep all copies of correspondence, phone numbers and who you talked to etc. You have to get in the mindset of a bill collector, or that's what I did.

Or, you could just write it off and take it as a lesson learned.

And just a word for future reference. People will read your posts if broken down in paragraphs. Otherwise, they tend to just skip over them.

Just a quick question. Did you deposit at any of these 3 casinos to build up your winnings or were they from free chips?

Chu, I got a promo last week from all of them, so I bet it's a free chip win. I got $25 free at all of them.

Thanks Annie. I was asking that question because Iam wondering whether the op had any intention of depositing vs the casinos having no intention of paying.

First of all - please separate any further posts into paragraphs - much more reader-friendly!

These casinos are not in the Rogue Pit - only on the "no Can Do" list.
It's a shame, but hopefully in the light of your story CasinoMeister will consider moving them to the Rogue List where they truly belong.
That list is much easier to find IMO - and so hopefully it might stop some other players getting snagged by these thieves.

They can ONLY "get away with it" because players keep feeding the wrong outfits.

If you're going to gamble online, it's worth it to get a bank account with a major regional or national bank that has it's own SWIFT code. Smaller banks and credit unions frequently handle wire transfers through intermediaries ... and casinos are not willing to send wires this way.

You can lookup swift codes at http://www.swift.com/bsl/

There's no guarantee that this will do anything with regards to your current problem. But being able to accept incoming wire transfers is very useful.

Don't have a source, but I vaguely recall an incident where some guy did visit a certain casino group's office. That person was met by some thug type characters that introduced him to their fists. Who knows if it was true or not but in reality I do believe that could happen.

You need to realize that some of these places have been around since the beginning of online gambling, will continue to profit from naive players, and will do everything to protect their interests.

I think that was Virtual Group. A guy was on holiday in Costa Rica, and decided to pay them a visit to chase up a long overdue payment. He was yelled at and driven out of the offices, but some "thugs" were sent after him and followed them into a cafe, here they made it clear he was never to do that again.

They get away with this because of where they are based.
