Jackpot Capital - good and bad

First off let me say thanks to JC for the Christmas bonus and all the goodies they've handed me over the time I've played. I haven't been playing as much at RTG as I used to but Jackpot Capital still remembers me as a customer and is pretty generous with the free chips & different contests and stuff, even with the high wagering I've been able to cash out on a few of them. I usually get pretty good playtime, support is good and Yasmeen is awesome.

I just cashed out on my Christmas bonus (woohoo!) and got on chat to see how long it would take to process, I know they don't do weekends anymore. This is what live chat told me:
The cashout will take up to four business days to process, then you will see it in your account 24-48 hours after that, so about 6 business days.

So ummm...I was expecting them to say 2 days, I could live with that - but 6 business days....?

See the Casinomiester Jackpot Capital review here

It probably wont take that long..

I recently cashed out from Euro Palace and they said it would take 6 -10 days. It was in my account within 3! :notworthy Ok, I cant touch it (my bank said it has to clear which takes 2 business days) but I can see it, which has just totally made my week. Just counting down the days hehe :D

I just so happened to cash outta there on Wednesday, They said the same to me but my £400 was in my money bookers the next day, all in all was a 32 hour process, was well chuffed!

Good point Jazzy, they never actually asked what method I was using or where I was - I assumed that they knew because they had my username and knew which casino it was, but they may have been just throwing out a ballpark "up to" number of days.

One note though is that my withdrawal isn't showing up as 'pending' in the casino cashier. I was expecting that it would be, because I read that withdrawals were in pending status for awhile now, and it isn't - so that's a good sign. :)

Anyhow this is going to a webwallet, I'll update when I know how long it actually takes.

Chayton, the w/d wont show as pending in the cashier but if you try to make a deposit you cant because it will then show the amount as pending and its still reversible.

Thanks chu, you're right! That doesn't seem to make much business sense IMO. If I'm playing a casino on a max cashout free chip, I make wagering and cash out and want to play some more I can't deposit and I can't reverse my withdrawal because it's still tied to a max cashout. Basically it's set up to make you deposit and play somewhere else while you wait for your withdrawal to be processed.

I just had the same thing. I am waiting on cash out at JP. I also made the cashout . What I did is go play at Slotastic instead since I could not deposit at
at JPC. I cashed out Friday so it sucks they said it wont be processed until Tuesday. I asked if they could do it sooner, but they said no.

Processing times

Hi there,

Our payouts are done after the 48 hour pending period (business days only).

@chayton - your payout was requested early on Saturday morning (10 Dec) therefore the 48 hour pending period only began on Monday (12 Dec). It will be processed in tomorrow's batch.

In order to ensure our processors are adequately equipped and that the cashouts are done in a timely manner (especially to US customers) this pending period is necessary.

Happy Holidays to you all!

Cheers,
Yasmeen :)

In other words, if you cashout between Wednesday and Sunday your pending period is actually FOUR days PLUS another 48 hrs for processing.

With all due respect Yasmeen, and nothing personal, but the "ensure our processors are adequately equipped" is a load of old cobblers. Up until you changed your policy the payments were like clockwork between 24-48 hrs for ewallets, so to say the processors weren't coping etc is ridiculous.

I can perhaps understand longer delays for US wires, but everything else can very easily be done in 24-48 hrs. We all know the real reason for the change, and insisting that its for "our own good" is insulting the intelligence of the membership at large.

But players like chayton, who doesn't reside in the US, shouldn't have to be penalized by a "waiting" period since they aren't under restrictions. And players from the US would be wise to remember, when/if legislation becomes legalized for online gaming, the casinos that are putting the "proverbial screws" to players now...

Probably it was a time zone difference, because I'm positive it was still Friday here. ;)

As I stated before, I don't really have a problem with the wait because this was winnings from a free chip, and if I had unlimited funds it might not bother me when I'm playing my own money because the service and playtime I get at Jackpot Capital has always been really good. But to be completely honest, my gambling budget is quite small these days and the time it takes to get a withdrawal is the biggest factor in my decision on where to deposit. iNetBet and ClubWorld group both pay usually in less than 24 hours, so I do deposit more there.

UPDATE! I have the money in my moneybookers account.

So to clarify, it boiled down to 48 hours (not counting the weekend) pending and then boom, it's in moneybookers. So the extra couple of days the chat person said would take for processing obviously doesn't apply to ewallet accounts. Yay!

IMO that's not too bad - it does suck if you cash out on a Friday though, and I suppose if you're down south or getting a wire transfer or a check you're looking at a bit longer, but to get paid to an ewallet wasn't bad at all. I'll be playing Mondays and Tuesdays I think! ;)

Anyhow just wanted to wrap this up - and say thanks again to Jackpot Capital and Yasmeen!

Chayton -
Thanks for circling back and letting us know the timeframe. Us, USA players have longer times, but what is important is that the sites honor the times shown for time required to approve, process and pay. Just do what you told us and then we will be fine.

I like JPC and seem to have good luck with them compared to some other accredited RTG sites.

Thumbs up

With respect to all, I am just thankful to be able to still play here in U S. Processing times or not Jackpot Capital is still by far best RTG casino. I have been playing on line on and off for more than 15 years........ Thanks JC

A quickie. Why does the pending period exclude weekends? The money is left idling in the cashier as in normal business days. I would understand if a cashout cannot be processed during weekends but surely the pending period shoulld include weekends.

I found out that their 48 hours are counted exactly in hours, and not business days. I cashed out Wed. evening, e.s.t., and was told, today, that my withdrawal will not be processed until Monday. The reason is that i had not met the requisite 48 hours when they processed payments at "lunchtime".

Now that i have this information, I will only play at JC Group Sunday-Wed at 6am, est. As a side note, while your payout is processing, you cannot re-deposit. I don't know how this can be good for their business.

I requested a wire withdrawal on Sunday, Jan. 22. It was approved Jan. 25th but wire can take '6 to 10 business days'. So maybe I'll get the money before the end of February

$45 minimum deposit
$55 wire fee

I would seriously be looking elsewhere.

Having your funds held hostage PLUS a $55 wire fee is reprehensible IMO.

Jackpot Capital

Hi.

They are the best of the best they always pay within two days [Ne-teller].
Even if you win they still give you unbelievable bonuses and no deposit bonuses ,I keep shaking my head even inquire by chat it doesn't happen to me anywhere else.
Get paid zero straight away ,or get paid within two days.

I was somewhat taken back when I withdrew also. It had an "updated" fee schedule and I was like, wow! Very costly to be a winner it seems. But, in the end, you get PAID, thank goodness unlike some others that diddle around, reduce you payouts to suit their agenda, still get nothing for weeks on end but promises.... geezes...thank goodness for those that do pay and appreciate our loyalty and massive losses!

All in all...I would rather pay this fee to get my money than be held hostage with empty promises...thank you Jackpot Capital!

( The fee is like the tolls I would pay to go to a B&M casino) It is all a wash in the end for me....
.

I get the point about the wash, but why pay $55 and wait 10-14 business days when there are plenty of others with the same software that are super fast and far cheaper?

The problem is that if players just accept this shitty treatment, then they will continue to receive it, and will probably get worse. If a stand was actually taken, these operators would pretty quickly find a much cheaper and faster process as their wallet gets slimmer.

I think the old saying is something like "you get what you settle for"

The line of "well at least they pay" is so last-decade. If you want to be technical, you would have to say many of the rogues like cirrus etc are OK because in many cases they "do pay" but it takes 6 months. I just don't get why anyone would accept crappy service.

I would rather play where I am almost sure to get paid without any hassle for 5 years now. I agree that $55.00 is a little stiff but then use overnight express which ironically is faster than wire transfer.

When the $55 become $75 then $85 then I think I would reconsider.

I understand what you are saying, but please remember...we in the good ole USA have limited places to play and those limited places are starting add exorbitant fees slowly but surely.

Do I like it..nope...but when you have say 6 good casinos to play at and 5 are RTG's and then only 2 (I think) do not charge high fees (still charge us though) then it becomes a bore to play at the same place...I am mixing it up as much as possible but some have such low jackpots and one day...(Like Dorothy says clicking her ruby slippers, I know I will (hit one). So...that is why we have to put up with it..we do not have many places left for us to play at...and that dear friend is it in a nutshell...sad to say.

I would love to add a Rival or somesuch to my casinos to go that is Maxd approved (CM too but max has to put up with the bologny when one is not paid). So if anyone feels good, and real strong about a good casino other than an RTG...I am all ears and I am sure many others are too from USA. (3Dice is a given but even there play has been stopped for the last few weeks due to deposit issues on their banking side)

IMO,

Other non-RTG options include Treasure Mile/Genesys Group, Liberty Slots, and you may want to consider Vegas2web as the only rival I know of that still accepts US players.

Liberty Slots is one of the fastest payers I have come across and Treasure Mile is also doing a nice job of expediting payments.

Vegas2web is the Rival platform, but admittedly I haven't cashed in awhile from there. There was an issue several months ago that delayed payments but it appeared to be short term.

Just a few for you to consider.
