Hiya, has anyone played at Platinum Play Casino?

I found it in the accredited list on casinominister and since it takes my currency New Zealand dollars and I dont need to use USA cash, I thought I would give it a go. However I was just wondering how the withdrawels on it work, since Im hoping to win some money on it.. lol.. (dream I know) - does it really take 10 days if money is deposited via Visa/Debit card? Oh and I've been doing some research online about it, and the reviews dont really seem that great?

    *snip*

I thought I'd ask the guns Advice please

Another thing I've found when I download a new casino -

The games take forever to install, and even when they have I have problems running them sometimes with them continuously spinning. or freezing all together The specs on my pc are fine for casinos and I didnt think my net was that slow? around 12 Mbps download speed and .065 Mbps upload? Surely fast enough to run most casino speeds?

    Hi there.
Well you have found Casinomeister , great choice for advice.
Platinum Play Casino should be fine. They are accredited here. Part of the Fortune Lounge Group.
As far as your deposits I assume with a credit/ debit card , you will be be at the mercy of your bank I guess. The casino will take a couple of business days and then the withdrawal will vanish in the banking world for a few more days before it hits your account. So it can take a while.
Do you have a web wallet. Neteller is very good. And you can get there prepaid MasterCard to use at casino's and it's also very handy to take your winnings from any cash machine, for a small fee, as soon as you receive them. The card is free. Takes up to 5 business days to transfer money to your bank with Neteller.

Not quite sure why the software is playing up like like. No doubt you wil get some good advice from others though.

    I hope you win soon

    Good to Go

    Maybe, maybe not.

Casinos face a lot of fraud around credit cards.

No one is ever disappointed if their cashout takes less time than prosmised.

Platinum Play is part of the Fortune Lounge group. While I did join Platinum play, I never had a cashout. But since they are Fortune Lounge, and I expect they share the same support, I have been playing at Vegas Palms and 7 Sultans. I'm in Canada, so a little like you I look for my own currency to reduce the cut taken on exchange.

I've had no issues with cashouts. Mind you, I think I may have lost more than ten days after joining, so they could check me out. That's a good thing.

Bonuses need to be claimed, which I think is good, I don't like automatic ones, I want to opt in.

If you have standard ID stuff, Driver's licence or Passport, utility bill or something else to prove your address, the credit card you used to deposit, I don't think you will have any problems.

Some of the complaints I read were based on insufficent ID by ND bonus users. And some were grumbling because they lost.

It's important to read all the Terms and Conditions, especially if you are playing with a bonus.

I've been a most days visitor for some time now, and there aren't many issues with them.

Don't shoot me if I'm mistaken, but I think I've taken a bonus that prohibits "Multiplayer" games. They do however allow progressive slots, which not every MG casino does. Bring on LOTR!

I'd have to check my history, but I'm pretty sure that my deposits were via Moneybookers, and I know they withdrew that way. Within 48 hours for my first withdrawal, but as I said, it was not by credit card.

I'd be asking support that question myself. I ask a lot of questions from support, and I save all the transcripts. I've been happy with my interaction with Fortune Lounge. They have a rep here at CM who seems to solve the occasional issue.

There very well be a difference between a debit and a credit card.

I've been drinking, and I just realized I typed 5000 words to say:

    Maybe, maybe not.

Wink hahaha.. .nice one :P have one for me

I get the security around credit cards, perfectly understandable and once upon a time - all I ever did use was plastic fantastic, however to easy to get carried away.

Easier to control when your'll using a debit card, you know exactly how much you have, and how much your've spent, and when your've used up whatever available funds you have, its over. Not so with credit cards, that can and do go beyond the limit, I've got in tons of trouble that way, so yeah sticking to debit cards.

So best bet is send all my verification documents and stuff now, to get that out of the way and hopefully when I win the jackpot (hahaha ok, I can but dream :P much easier to make withdrawels? Just asking, cause I read somewhere it takes 10 days for a cash out.. thought wow, thats a long time, by that time, I would of cancelled 'said withdrawel' and put it all back in.. lol

    Hey There

I am from NZ as well and have no problem with VISA Debit cards. I would suggest moving away from NZ Currency though as along the lines Jasmine says below you cant play any progressive games (All Mega Moolah & LOTR) which I enjoy playing. Also be careful as some places like Ladbrokes SAY you can play in NZ dollars but convert them to a third of your credits before playing.

The BEST Casino IMHO for NZ Currency is Bet365. You can play everything including progressives and did not even ask for ID verification. They sent a letter with a code in it. Also if you win on the weekend the money is on your Debit Card on the following Wednesday.

Other than that I would also follow the advice (Which I did) below and get a Neteller account, and a prepaid Neteller card. Deposit using this into accrediated Casinos (32Red for MG, iNetBet for RTG - again IMHO) and withdrawals are done in 24 hours. Then pop down to an ATM and get your cash straight away.

Any other questions re NZ please ask.
Money won is twice as sweet as money earned.

    Smile Excellent, another Kiwi :)

Actually, I usually do play at Bet365 simplely because they do the kiwi dollar and I know exactly, how much Im spending...lol

Cool, I've heard of Net teller cards so am not really sure what they are. Definately something I need to look up. And you can use them in any Efpos? Like a normal bank card? Wow, definately something I need to look at.

Oh and another thing which casinos run well on our computers? I find the majority of casinos just dont take well, either to computer specs or my internet speed, though my speed is pretty average around our ways: 14Mbps down and about 0.60 Mbps up or something like that
So which other casinos, woud you advice for the average New Zealander Thanking you in advance..hehe
