    Post sports interaction casino withdrawals

    hi
i am thinking to create a sports interaction casino account

    but i was reading the T&C´s 1st

and i would like to know if someone can clarify me in 1 thing
in the "help center" page, they have this

Withdrawal requests for Registered Accounts that are received before 12 a.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Please note that we are not able to issue payouts to your Visa or mastercard.
    http://www.sportsinteraction.com/spo...ules/#Accounts

To make a withdrawal, go to the Casino cashier, choose the “Withdraw” option, enter the amount that you wish to withdraw. Your withdrawal will be in pending status with Sports Interaction Casino for 4 business days then on the 5th day the withdrawal will be processed. It will take between 24 hours to 14 days to be fully processed by the merchant depending on the withdrawal method you have chosen. If at any stage you wish to cancel a withdrawal that’s in the “Pending Withdrawals” section, simply go the section in the Cashier, and cancel it. It’ll be immediately refunded back to your account.
    http://server.iad.liveperson.net/hc/...65&action=view

in the help center says "withdrawal 1 day", and in another qustion it will be pendind for 4 business days
i would like to know more information about that, and if the thread its not in the correct place (i think it is)..... please move it to the correct place and sorry for my bad english

    Hi,

The withdrawals times are 24 hours as per the Casino terms and conditions.

Withdrawal requests for Registered Accounts that are received before 12 a.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Please note that we are not able to issue payouts to your Visa or MasterCard. First time withdrawals and withdrawals effected after any update of personal information are subject to clearance by our Security Department. This can take up to 5 business days.

We are working through the technical error that showed the time as 4 days so apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Please see the thread posted by Simmo to see the 24 turnaround in action.

    Thanks

    Ross

    Hi

i have a question from my withdrawal and at the Live Chat i become this Answer today:

It looks like the money for your withdrawal is from the Casino. When there is a withdrawal with Casino money there is a 4 day wait period before the withdrawal is sent. When the withdrawal is sent it will take 24-48 hours to reach your Moneybookers account, so your withdrawal should be sent next Monday or Tuesday, and then will take one or two day to reach your Moneybookers account, so you should receive your withdrawal in your Moneybookers account by next Wednesday or Thursday.

Why the Chat Operator say 4 Days Pending.. i am not Understand.. sorry

This has to be dealt with again

It has happened several times on this forum that players have experienced a 4 days pending time at SIA. The rep has told us, probably 3 or 4 times, that SIA does not practice a 4 days pending time. But I guess somebody in their CS didn't get the memo. Again.

By the way, I have reported your post for the moods. I think it is about time that this 4 days pending time is taken care of once and for all

If the experiences were recent ie within the last week or so SIA's post above just proves they are at the very least incompetent. Tradition (Rival) tried to pull this stunt last year so I hope this wont be a similar case all over again. Nevertheless, I personally believe SIA and Tradition are miles apart and it's just that they havent adjusted to the new time frames yet. Otherwise, they are taking advantage of this forum to spread incorrect info.

The 4 days pending time issue was first raised when they were in the Baptism section. So I think they have had enough time for adjustments

This is what Casinomeister wrote in July (here):

In June I was told this:

The withdrawal time is 1 business day provided the client is a registered SIA member.
