i do not understand SIA Casino and the Withdrawal Rules.


I have withdrawal vor 3 Days 1000€ ok no Problems.


For 2 Days i made a new Withdrawal . But i cant do this in a Sum . Only 800€ per Transaction . So i withdraw 2x 800€ and 1x 400€

Yesterday i get 1x 800€ on my Skrill Account, but not more. So i write in Live Chat why i get not all .... here is the answer :

First i can only Withdraw 800€ per Transaction and then i get 2k € in 3 Stepps... thats not good. I have wrote this to Ross, he is great and helpful but i need other opinions.

And one day earlier i can withdraw 1000€ ... i do not understand this and hope you have a answer for me.
