    32Red and Swansea FC

Watched the Game between Manchester United and Swansea FC yesterday and must admit it was a great game. Swansea show so much potential.

32Red are their sponsors and its actually great to see them receiving the coverage they do (Stadium Advertisements and Kit Main Sponsor).

Swansea are a fantastic club and were unlucky NOT to secure a draw yesterday against the EPL Champions. They secured a draw against Liverpool in their last game and played their hearts out. I must admit that playing at 32Red has given me the highest of confidence and I hope that their sponsorship and marketing through Swansea sees more business come their way. If i were to recommend a Casino to anyone, 32Red would be the first 3 names on my list

To 32Red and Swansea FC... All the best, I hope the team reaches new heights (Just not against Liverpool )..

That made me think actually - an awful lot of the football teams in England are sponsored by online betting companies...
So in the USA, where online gambling is banned, if one of the TV stations wants to show some clips of Premiership games, does some poor sap have to sit down & blank out all the adverts on the shirts on the video?

I doubt it.... Its beyond their control. I've seen games broadcast by ESPN without them blanking anything out. I watched the game yesterday on Fox Soccer ... so I don't think so?

I saw the highlights on MOTD and smiled because 32Red was *everywhere* that you looked around the stadium, especially when that huge shirt was passed over the crowd at the beginning of the match. Must have been one of the best value sponsorship deals ever, picking them up in the division below and then them getting the promotion to the big time a year later. Especially with them playing so well at home.

It's also good that being (to most players anyway) the best casino out there, those that go there are in good hands.

I was also smiling thinking to myself 'Hey - I Play at that Casino'... Although they are sponsors, It's deserved coverage simply because of the reputable Casino they are...

Their Boards in the stadium also say 'Casino of the Decade' ... lol, for a moment I thought I would see CM .. but nonetheless great stuff.

They can't blank out the sponsorship as each of the branding elements is written in to the worldwide tv rights for Premier League football.

    .

They are a great team together (32Red and Swansea FC).

Most of the larger sportsbooks are connected to one or several football teams (as betting partner etc). One of the latest deals I have seen is between Arsenal and Betsson (from August).

BETSSON IN B2B COOPERATION WITH ARSENAL FOOTBALL
    CLUB

Betsson Business Solutions has signed a three year B2B contract with one of the most prestigious
Football clubs in the world, Arsenal Football Club (“the Gunners”). Betsson becomes the Club’s
Official Betting Partner, providing betting services both online under gunnersgaming.com
and in-stadia for Arsenal fans through a newly created brand, GunnersGaming by Betsson.
Arsenal has a global fanbase and boasts the highest paid membership in world football with just
under 200,000 members last season alone.

Betsson will provide and operate a complete gaming solution including Casino, Poker,
Sportsbook and Other games. With a clear Arsenal branded solution and exclusive Arsenal
specific prizes Betsson will deliver a unique offering. The solution will be launched immediately.
“We are delighted to be welcoming Betsson on board as an Official Partner of the Club, an
experienced and trusted brand who will be delivering this innovative new venture. Through
designing a range of gaming products specifically for Arsenal fans, we intend to offer our
supporters a valuable and unique experience that we hope will have no rival to our supporters”
says Vinai Venkatesham, Arsenal’s Head of Global Partnerships

“Signing these kinds of B2B deals with a football club like Arsenal shows what a technically
attractive partner Betsson is today. This is also a good opportunity for Betsson to gain a part of the
regulated UK market.” says Magnus Silfverberg CEO and President.

What? You mean 32Red didn't just send out a streaker with their name spraypainted on his skin? oh yeah, that's right - they have class.

It totally make sense for a Casino to advertise in a Football team. I really don't know how it is in other countries but here we have la quiniela which a special kind of state run lottery/bet that you can make for football games, we are crazy about football and about betting and lottery here.

On a side note, I think Bwin is still Real Madrid sponsor.
