hi first post so hope its in the right place just wondering how long it takes at allslots casino to have an account checked and then my winnings proccesed i played at spin palace for 2 years but had a year of not winning a thing so thought id try a new casino with allslots same set up as i only play slots opened an account last week deposited 130 euros and won about 2000 reversed 1100 euros and am withdrawing 900 for xmas i have sent a load of documents off as requested but seems to be taking ages my winnings are still at the work in progress stage is this normal time thankyou

I don't think All Slots MG even asked my for the docs, so i am not sure how long the verification takes. In general they pay as soon as 24 hours pending period ended, no weekends though.

its been a few days now without a reply so i called them and they said there still waiting from the financial department and to be patient

I w/d 2k on the 15th, got my statement today and was processed on the 16th, so pretty quick I think.

It's not been "the weekend" for 4 days so far, so they need to "pull their finger out" or face being accused of deliberately delaying to get an extra weekend's delay under their belt. If they have the standard set of documents, verification should be routine, and FAST given the YEARS of operating experience behind Jackpot Factory.

If the documents are missing something, they should by now have asked for some additional information, such as a second proof of address.

In the meantime, ask a friend to take a photo of you holding up your photo ID next to your face, save to PC, and create a JPEG no larger than 1Mbyte ensuring the whole document is visible, and the photo clear enough to show it, and your face, to a standard that would allow your face to be compared to the photo in the document. You could also take a screenshot or scan of any statement from the deposit method used to fund your AllSlots account, making sure it shows that deposit.

AllSlots is a good casino, You wil get paid thats guaranteed just some times it can take upto 5 days. Ive had 2 withdrawals recently, one was paid in 2 days and the other was paid in 5. The withdrawal times seem to differ. My guess would be depending upon how busy their accounts department is, like any other firm i guess.
