I got one also. I don't really accept that this was an error. Instead I think it's a deceptive technique to get players to log into the casino and maybe end up depositing since they were all set to play.

The small bonus was a $50 free chip with a $3000.00 playthrough amount.
I only deposit with no promo codes cause there restrictions and rules are crazy
you think they give you $50 with no restrictions attached if you only ever do striaght deposit's with them in the past.

This doesn't say much, no start date etc.
Chat told the player there were no winners and no raffle - yet you say there WAS a raffle, just that everybody got the email, not just the winners.
The general promotion terms apply to any prizes, so the "outrageous" WR would apply to a raffle prize just as much as it applies to the $50 free chip offered for the inconvenience.
Now thee general terms raise another question,

I too deposited this weekend and am very pissed about the email error makes me now leary about any promotion offers.

and the email was sent out to everyone offeringfree bonuses which werent going to come through, then they should of sent a bulk email out right after 'explaining the email was in error and a mistake on their part' It would of saved them alot of hassle and from getting no doubt numerous complaints from their clients. In my opinion anyway.

They apologised and told me the email was sent out in error. However since I was deemed to be a loyal player they placed $40 in my account.
Slotastic should check which players had played during the weekend and award all of them free chips as a goodwill gesture and atone for their mistake. This will then largely erase the memories of the mistake and players will continue to deposit. Frankly, with a 60x playthrough how many will make it to the max cashout?
