I got 15 for doing nothing, I lost it.

I put on £80 via credit card, got it to £140.

Then I put on £20 via neteller. = £160

Then I withdrew £160 and set my withdraw preferance to neteller.

But I think there is some kind of sign up bonus.

My question is if they give me a bonus and my withdrawl is still pending or in reverse withdrawl mode. Will I have have to meet a wagering requirement before they gave me the money I cashed out before any bonuses were involved?

7 Sultans is part of the Fortune Lounge group. My experience with them has been that:

(1) Bonuses are automatically credited to your account. You may want to check your gaming history, because the bonus could have hit your account in the middle of play.

(2) All bonuses require a WR.

(3) The WR allows only 25% (I believe) in blackjack, with the usual exceptions of craps, baccarat, et al.

I cashed out my real money winnings, before any bonuses were credited.

Now I have £90 in my account that is pure bonus, but I cashed out £160 before any bonuses come involved.

But that cash out is still in reversable state, will they reverse it because they have given me a £90 bonus?

Also if u cant play blackjack how can you work of a wager requirement safely? (I never bonuse abuse, I always do all in bets but eventually u do want to cash out ur winnings and u need a fairly safe way of working it of)

If you dont contact the support, I would say they will refund your withdrawal and tell you, you haven`t met the wr. I think they or better their software check your account after the 24hours you request the withdrawal. And that mean, there is a bonus, there are wr and you haven`t met them.
Just tell the support you haven`t touched the bonus, you doesn`t want the bonus and you cashed out before the bonus was credited. Depends on the casino, if they process your cash out or not. Next time, read the terms, deposit and contact the support before you start playin that you are not interested in a bonus.

There is no safe way. You can loose everything, with BJ or Videopoker or whatever. Low house edge (BJ 0,4%), Jacks or Better (0,7%) doesn`t mean you will loose only 0,4-0,7%! To answer your question: Play Videopoker if you want to play "safe".

This is from the T&C's of the casino:

If a player has made a deposit to which a bonus has been attributed, or received a Free Money bonus on the account, the player may still at any point choose to cash in. However, if the wagering requirements with regards to these bonuses have not been met, the casino reserves the right to forfeit the full bonus amount i.e. the full bonus amount will be removed from the player's account and the remaining balance (where applicable) of the Cashin will be processed.

I"ve had a similar situation a number of times. Your cashin should go thru fine. If you have already sent them your ID documents, then you can expect it to hit neteller within 2 days after it leaves pending status. The bonus will require the entire w/r be met before you can do anything with it, so I"d suggest playing it either to $0 or till you meet the w/r before you deposit any further funds. If you deposit more, then things will get complicated. Play VP on expert mode for best results if you can't use BJ for w/r.
