hi all can any one help, i always play the free tournaments on my mg casinos (3) and this week on casino rewards i happened to finish 3rd in the weekend whopper whereby the top 30 get free entry into the 10.000 weekend whopper,any way to-day i log onto golden tiger a c.r.casino to play and after a while i look in the tournaments and notice the weekend whopper has started i try to enter and they wanted payment to enter so i stopped and went to live chat.this is where the fun begins after asking about why i had not a got free entry into said tourney we go through all the security questions and then when he looks into it he said the only tourney they had was ladies nite which ran over three days.to which i told him about weekend whopper 3 day tourney and weekend mega moolah 3 day tourney,after asking me do i have the i have the i.d number of said tourney (who notes these down)we go round and round with him keep saying only 3 day tourney was ladies nite.this went on for 30 mins,so i got fed up and left chat.does anyone know the i.d for the weekend whopper tournement which ran this week on m g casinos where the top 30 got free entry,i am like a dog with a bone and will not give up because i am the customer and till i get a reason why i will keep on.

Did you try to enter at the same casino you won the entry? It's the only one that will work, regardless of what group it is in.

In some cases you will be entered automatically and it should popup when you login.

like i was chatting to a brickwall for over half an hour even though i pointed out that there was still a 3 day qualifier still running on avalon which gave top 30 players free entry into weekend mega moolah,i think he was using an abacus where i was using a computer,

kept in contact with raul at golden tiger even though he kept saying no such tourney accodring to there records,but perservered and he sent me e-mail asking did i want m.g to check to which i said yes,and blow me down with a feather e mail to from golden tiger to-day fault was at m.g and i am now entered into this weekends whopper a result.just goes to show if you know you are right and keep pressing you might eventually get somewhere.thank you to raul at live chat.cheers
