Hi

I recently signed up to Swiss Casino, had a phone call after registering confirmed who I am, fine.

Wanted to withdraw, they asked for me ID and proof of address fine, waited the 4 days, the £500 was sent out...

Played again, had some luck, withdrew over 2k, they again asked me for ID and deposit form (getting a bit silly now) they back tracked on the ID as they had it but insisted on the signed deposit form.

Bare in mind, both payments, i think one Thursday and one Friday, came out Monday and Tuesday (4 days)

Played once more, last Thursday, withdrew £400.. waited yesterday, nothing. Emailed today and got the reply, "5 business days" (since when?!) and a MANAGEMENT decision (WTF?!) the payment will be sent out on Saturday October 1st!! (6 business days and 9 real days)

Ive never felt loved there, and once this payment has come out, i shall be closing my account.

Beware people. They pay, but they dont love you.

1) Did they tell you why they needed it again (your docs)?

2) Did they tell you the name of the Manager who made that silly decision?

I can't understand how they can't understand that simply "rule": the faster players receive their money - the sooner they will deposit again...

1) They basically said as per 'policy', i said but you already have it, and they agreed... (at last) Still 3 IDs, a phone call and a deposit form, seems a little much (!)

2) I got this;

As per management decision this payment will be processed on October 1st. Once we process the withdrawal, it will take up to 5 business days for you to receive the funds on your account.

No where does it say 6 business days, if anything its 4... I think its disgraceful. But there you go.

Loads of choice on Playtech now: Bet365, Genting, Circus, Betfred, Tote, Omni... all process within 24hrs or quicker so why play somewhere that's slow to pay? Most of the "overseas" Playtechs use the default settings of 48hr/96hr reverse and some even have withdrawal limits. Unless you're a bonus player there is no reason to play them anymore.

Simmo!..... who is that creature in your avatar who looks like cookie monster on crack?

I can't put a name to him.

Take it easy!
I've met Simmo in person several times - that is actually what he really looks like.

Yeah i know, ive learnt my mistake!!!

Point is though, it was 4 days, now they're making me wait 9.

No worries though, dusted off my old 32red account yesterday, and took them for £150. :o

Nor can I lol - just a standard avatar I found way back in the day when I signed up to CM. I liked it because of the subtle animation as much as anything :)

LOL. Love the differing philosophies. 32Red (and several others to be fair) think if they pay you quickly you'll be back over and over again and happy to recommend them, while a lot of other casinos think that by delaying the payment you'll either be so grateful to finally get it, you'll never want to leave or you'll play it back, lose it, and be eternally grateful that you didn't have to wait for that damn Cashier window to pop up again!

I had a long chat with a VIP manager from a newish Playtech on the phone yesterday (I'd only tested them once LOL). She wanted to check all was OK and to offer me a bonus for going back. I explained that I'd be happy to play again as long as they'd flush or reduce the Reverse period (currently 48hrs). We reached an obvious impasse as she explained why having a reverse time was so beneficial for me (they simply wouldn't do it). Yeah right. Anyway, no skin off my nose: I'll just continue to play my Playtech games at Bet365 or Tote.

I can understand the need for a delayed payment before you have been ID'ed. But that still doesn't excuse not flushing or overriding the reverse time though. But fraud exists and needs to be protected against, fair enough. Once.

Anyway, I played bet365 Sunday, won a bit and it was in my bank account overnight Monday. Tote would be the same. Why would I want to play Playtech games anywhere else unless I was a bonus player?

PS. As an aside, I used to play at VC's Spin Room, won quite a lot and never had a problem. They paid quick every time. But I never played with bonuses.

me neither, i never touched bonuses, they're too annoying for me.

Think it may have to do with my ONE day horse betting on the same account (ONE DAY!!!) out of 2 months, won about £300, then got closed. Shocking.

Also, i dont trust long waits to get paid out, the reason they do this (i think anyway) is for 2 reasons. 1. to make interest of the winnings sitting there and 2. gamblers and gamblers, if you've won 2.2k for example, you'll reverse it and think oh screw it ill play down to 1.5k...

:D

and 3) they save on the processing costs of both your withdrawal and (they hope) your subsequent deposit.

I dunno, maybe it works for them. But I don't ever remember seeing anyone recommend Swiss Casino while Bet365/32Red get constant good press.
