    Bonus

What happens when you have had a bonus but run out of money before play through is completed? Does that mean that the next time you deposit that money goes towards the balance you still owe?

No. Once the original deposit + bonus hits 0.00 you are free from the WR. So if you deposit again without using a bonus you will not have a wager requirement to meet.

While it usual that a zero balance means that playthrough is cancelled, it's important to read the terms and conditions for each and every bonus you take.

For example, Inetbet offers a $10 challenge in which the playthrough is NOT cancelled if you bust out, but you may contact support and have it removed.

There are some casinos that don't cancel playthrough.

Depends on the software. For MG there is sometimes a bug where even when you zero out wrs are carried over. Was it Go Wild?

As for RTG I am not exactly sure though its easy to check whether you have playthrough left just by visiting the cashier.

Casino Rewards casinos will carry over WR if you cash in rewards points after zeroing out with a bonus when the WR was not yet met. Not sure what they do if you just make a deposit after this scenario but the previous threads on this topic do not look good, so I am staying away from that.

What the above replies are saying, is that is varies from casino to casino.
Read the terms carefully - if you're still not sure just post here and ask about a specific casino and I'm sure one of the friendly members here can get you the answer!

    Hi Lyndiam,

Like earlier posts read the T + Qs - though I would recommend contacting customer support first before depositing - at least you will have an official co email which you could use in any possible dispute.

    Regards,

    Daz

What about Poker bonuses? Obviously it depends on the site, but in general is playthough cancelled if the account reaches zero, or does it continue with new deposits?

No, poker bonuses (most of them) are basically just a form of rakeback. They arent given upfront but released in increments, usually rake x amount and clear y amount of the bonus. You arent "tied" to anything tough.

The only exception being the no deposit and free bankrolls whose requirements are zeroed out if you bust.

I agree with previous posts. Casinos have different T & C so ask the Casino and that way you will be have written notification.
