Post Rival casinos are owned by... one person?!

Never played at rival casinos before, cause I thought them to be roguish etc., but 2 weeks ago I decided to try them and take their no deposit bonus as they offer plenty of them. Indeed, I don't risk my own money and so why not...

Ok, I registered and received ND bonuses at 20 of them, and I managed to complete wagering at 4 of them: Balzac, Fortune Reel, Always Vegas & Vegas Sky. I talked to live chat operator that I need make minimum deposit on order to withdraw my winnings, ok I've just got paid at work so I decided to risk this 100$ (4*25$), ok here is first one:

All rivals have common live chat that's ok, you just choose casino in a dropbox

But, what happened to me next, in a 2 days I received "Security documents request" at the same time from all of this casinos... and that's also ok, an automatic system asks for documents

I did send the docs, and in the next 3-4 days at THE SAME TIME I received confirmations that my docs are accepted,
and I got paid in a next 2 days AT THE SAME TIME from all of this casinos. Ok I did got paid and I'm bonus banned everywhere at rivals now, so I can't play there with bonuses anyway

But how this is going on? Why do this casinos act at the time, minute in minute... Common live chat? common security departments? common cashiers?

If so what for they all need my docs, for example at CWC its was to send my documents once for all of their casinos

I am sorry but you do come accross as a bonus abuser and you are saying you are risking your $100 just because they are verification deposits and there was no intention of using them for betting. Then you have the nerve to complain they have a common ownership because they required you to send docs individually. Rivals are fast becoming the scum of the online gaming world but even so I cannot concur with your complaint.

A lot of Rivals are effectively white labels and afaik they provide a "managed solution" to licensors, effectively looking after the back-office operations. Some stand alone (Sloto etc) but many use Rival services.

They don't all have the same owners, but the vast majority of them are white labels and do share those "back-end" services.

Not really off topic, seeing as it was brought up, so...

    "White Label"

    &

    "Back-end services"

    Please explain what these are?

A"white label" is the same as a "skin". IE: It's another brand in a different cover. Effectively the same casino but just called something different.

Back-end services = back-office services. The elements involved in running a casino (banking, customer support, ID verification etc, etc)

That's not the definition I would apply to Rival casinos though - they are not all the same casino and so are not "skins".
Each casino/group has different owners and different managers (except all those failed ones which were taken over by Rival themselves).

White labels often have different owners. In Rival's case I'd guess they are "off the shelf" packages from the software provider dressed in a different design. We know from experience that some other casinos white-label their own product for affiliates and stuff although thankfully that seems to be a dying trend.

Using freechips = bonus abuse? The casino offers thoose chips! I'm not begging for them like a lot of people do on their birthdays, Christmas etc
If you won from a freechip and max withdrawal limit is reached, you'll make a verification deposit and loose it wit your winnings? Of course not! That's why it's called a verification deposit.

Moreover I'm gambling online for 6 years and I never played Rivals before because of their bad reputation, I looked at their games and MG is much better,
so and my complain was not about docs sending, it was about that all rivals are 'white labels' (thx Simmo! now I knew this word)
