    Be Careful

Hi all,Been online gaming 5 days a week for 11 years, played at most sites.Had no problems with fortune lounge, casino rewards, palace group, bellerock or 32 red.Just joined PURPLE LOUNGE,wow.Says world class customer service and is accredited. The accreditation may be fine but heres my day with them.1} Money out of my bank and email confirm its approved from their provider, not in purple account, this is a first.2}Try live chat to see why its not there, theyre CLOSED.WOW.world class service.3}Hours later when they finally open chat and still havent replied to my emails they want ID up front per T&Cs.Fair enough, but this is also a first. They then have my passport,2 utility bills and cred card within a minute.Stating will all be fixed in around 30 minutes.Fair enough, even though it should not take more than 3 minutes.Hours go by,still nothing, including no response to original email sent when chat asleep.3 more chat conversations a waste of time.So far 3/4 of day off work is gone. Then get email during chat saying authorisation not successful, deposit again. So I mention this to chat rep,who says,"Who sent you an email."When I replied."you did"Answer was "No I did not" After 8 lines earlier telling them it came from purplelounge. This went back and forth, ridiculously.I asked for my money back and am told in 5 business days it will be back.So was told refund has now been sent,to which I asked,"Why then have you sent email saying deposit authorisation not accepted."If what occurred there tonight is anything to go by,I should have it on xmas eve.lol.So,as I told them, punters want to play when they deposit and expect too.Not ten twelve or twenty four hours later.Nor do they or we consider world class customer service as is stated in contact us passage, sites that close live chat or take half a day plus to let you use youre deposit or respond to emails.Moral of the story.Only go there if you are extemely patient. Its like walking into a casino and having the machine say,"Just sit there for 12 hours and then you can pull the handle.P.S My wife is a boss at our casino and sat here in disbelief at this episode. She is going to use it for training,on what NOT to do.Good luck all, hopefully purple lounge can move into the 21st century.

I draw your attention to the following page:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ing_complaints

    Refer to Rule 2.2

You might also consider using paragraphs etc so at least other members can read it.....to be honest I stopped about half way.

I understand your frustration and give you credit for being able to "shrug it off" rather than blowing up. I agree with Nifty to a point, but I also think your post deserves some attention simply because you are not asking for help but relaying a circumstance that happened to you.

Generally, the casinos that are accredited are top notch but even the best sometimes gets it wrong. You might try to PM the rep here and maybe they can figure out where the screw up happened at their end. That would be beneficial to keep it from happening to anyone else. You also might be given a bit of a comp to make up for your trouble. Who knows? It might ultimately end up being your favorite casino!

Please give the rep a try.

Maybe a mod can move this thread to the correct post?
