really need help here for a cashout

playing gnuf casino get up there and go to cashout....yes! but wait, i try to do a "canadian eft" however they are asking for a routing number which we don't use in canada.

we have swift codes, transit numbers but no routing numbers.

i'm with cibc and i asked them and they said a routing number is an american thing.

now i know what your saying open up an e wallet....can't go there anymore had them all closed them all because it's too easy to spend with those. and you ca never re-open them.

i have a money bookers registered but it has never been used or verified and i have no idea on what to do with it, and it's taked forever to communicate by email with them.

so has any canadian done a bank to bank transfer, or canadian eft with gnuf or betway?

I had the same trouble with a WD from Red Flush before, after contacting my bank and going back and forth with support I finally got sick of dicking with it and went through moneybookers instead. That was maybe a year ago - However, I recently (just a few weeks ago) had to contact my bank for wire info to get paid for a freelance job, and the person I spoke to this time gave me a routing number! Maybe try contacting your bank again and maybe a different person could help...?

EDIT: Anything here that could help? http://cibc.intelliresponse.com/publ...wire+transfers

The link is from the main CIBC site, so it looks like it should be.

When you do the wire transfer form I think you have to add your branch address, and then also the transit and account number would also be narrowing down the branch.

The holding branch is usually Wachovia (sp?) but I'm not positive...

Do they need that info? I mean is it a required field?
