Maybe a sneaky and dumb question...but

I originally asked this question at the end of another thread but sorry for the newb mistake.
Now the question.

U.S players cannot set up an account at any MG casino I am led to believe.
When you go to the sign up portal, U.S.A is not a country option. Now what if
my country is listed as an option? Can I open an account and play? The key is
my own country listed here.....have I found a loophole?
