I got a call from Ruby Fortune saying they'd applied a bonus to my account when depositing - first deposit 100% bonus, second deposit 100 free spins on Hellboy.

So I deposit and lose. Then I deposit and win a bit, I was going to cash out $300 - go to chat to find out that they won't flush because I'm not a VIP. So I ask if I can still get the free spins since I had a withdrawal, they said yes...I go and look and it's 100 free spins - FIVE lines at a penny a line.

I won maybe $10 and blew it....and then today I was feeling disgruntled with them and reversed and lose my withdrawal. Now I'm cranky. I mean it's not their fault that I reversed and lost, but still.

I would stay away from ruby fortune, I have never won there, but all the emails I get from them gives me a bad feeling about them and I have stayed away.

But this is just me, not saying they are bad or anything, just red flags come up when they send you promotions every day!

Palace group is great for promotions but there 100 free spins suck and the free spins you can claim every week if you deposit 100 or more that week but after a year you dont get the free spins. In the year I got free spins only once won over 10.00. Go wild gives 100 free spins but its all paylines.

It really continues to amaze me how otherwise reasonable casinos continue to drive away customers by being cheap on stuff like this. Had a similar offer from Palace Group some months ago and got the same 5 lines/1 cent. Don't they understand that most people expect it to be max lines and that people will feel ripped off and who wants to deposit again at a casino they believe ripped them off? What is the next thing their marketing guys will think of? 500 free spins at 1 line 1 cent?

Yeah I got the same offer from Mummies Gold casino. it was a 100% deposit bonus upto $100 which I took and busted out on. They then offered 100 free spins on Thunderstruck 2 I think it was and sure enough 5 lines for a penny per line.

I have been getting KILLED at mummies gold lately. About 8-9 deposits of around $100-$150 each.
Im expecting a BIG win from them soon.
