Neteller Cashback Promotion

Netellers cashback promo of June/July promised cashback would be credited on or before Aug 15. Has anyone seen any CB yet? It was a lucky month for me, and my account turned over alot. i was also made up to VIP which is proof in itself there was alot of action on my account

I wouldn't rely on neteller for anything.

I was a VIP there for years until early this year when my account was hacked and used to rip off someone else's bank account. I posted about it here.

Anyway, after nearly 6 months of repetitive emails and phone calls by me my account is still suspended. I have been treated appallingly and have moved to moneybookers now and been made VIP. The fees and conversion rates are better and I can withdraw to my bank account for a $2.50 flat fee and have it within 24 hrs. Million times better and I will never go back.

I have not received my cashback. They said by July 15th. Now they are saying 5 more days. Unbelievable. I can't believe them. It is making me very wary about depositing there anymore. I think I will change to moneybookers. They give you nothing and take everything. their promotions are crap

i have not been able to deposit in there for 4 weeks now or since they updated the site last time, only answer i get is we are still working on your probs ?ive been a VIP there for 3 years now and actully use there mastercard more then i do with my own visa card

so ive used my moneybookers more last month then all the 4 years ive had the account there

Just emailed their support about this and awaiting a reply.

They have had 1 month to credit the cashback´s since the promotion ended, so this is very low standards.

Just had a reply to my email - "Your account will be credited, please be patient. It is done automatically and we cannot credit individual accounts"

Firstly there is no timescale mentioned and secondly i never asked them for special treatment. Over 8 grand was transferred to merchants not including transfers to my bank account and use of my Net+ card. While the cashback isn't alot it could still contain the stake that wins the Mega Moolah JP. Sorry unrealistic dream mode kicked in there.
