Casinos with "limited bet" rule

Just looking for casinos which use "bet limit is set to certain % of the bonus" or "% of the bankroll" rule. I recall Party Casino was using it.

Not exactly sure whether it's relevant but once you play with a bonus atRed Flush and a couple other MGs the bet is limited to $10 for table games like Baccarat and Pai Gow Poker.

Sign up bonus has lower limits on table games at 3Dice. None of the slots permit a bet larger than $15, although these can be upped for members Silver status and above.

No restricted games, but naturally different games have different wagering contributions.

There are loads of casinos who have these rules to prevent "bonus abuse", but I don't have a list of those specific ones, so I can't name them.
I believe most Microgaming casinos have these sort of rules to start with - try looking at some of them.
(Hint: All the MG casinos within a group will most likely have the same rules - so you only need look at 1 of their casinos).
