I have played at 3Dice for a long time. My last two withdrawal requests have gone straight to pending despite not having had an instant withdrawal since July 22nd. Anyone have any idea why this may be happening, support do not have a clue what the problem is.

my with draw's do the same they go pending first if yu want to not play it back go to chat room and ask there floor person to lock it from you [so you dont play it back]

peeps out side the states may get faster payouts

i see your in the U K im in boston USA ust a minor hurdle 4 me

Yes I am in the UK, I use Neteller so as long as I have not met the instant withdrawal limit for the week, my payments have always been processed instantly.

I am not worried as 3Dice are fast at payouts always, just wondering what the sudden problem is with my account, that instant payouts seem to have stopped.

I withdraw to Neteller and a few years ago every withdrawal used to be instant but the past year only on rare occasions has mine been instant, more often than not it goes to pending but i cant complain as even when i have to wait, it's never more than 8 hours.
Now i just wish i could win something decent :p Haven't been lucky there in a looooong time.:(

I must have been lucky there LOL, all my payouts have been instant unless I have been lucky enough to hit the instant withdrawal limit for the week.

I am fairly lucky there, but no big wins, usually between 200-400$ then I run before I put it back LOL.

If you don't mind my asking ----- how do you deposit at 3Dice these days from the US? I miss playing there, but didn't see a viable option for getting funds back into the site.

Thanks,
Diane

Same here, my one withdrawal I went to chat and asked and they just sent it manually, the other one I just waited for. But they mentioned something about 'open' transactions, so I went to my history in the cashier and noticed that it shows a bunch of my EcoCard deposits as 'open' - which is weird. I'm not sure if it means that Eco hasn't actually sent the money to 3Dice yet....? Anyhow I'm assuming that those transactions are what's putting the WD into pending - I'm not absolutely positive, it's just a guess. :)

I kind of salute 3Dice for still taking US customers.

I did not think that they accepted US players anymore, but if they do, then I must disagree with you :)

I think it is irresponsible to accept US players in the current climate. It shows a lack of respect for the safety towards all customers in the casino (US and non-US customers).

I usually withdraw to Moneybookers from 3Dice... payments are only processed when accounting is in, which is about 16 hours a day most days. My EST evenings mean after midnight there, but it's always there when I get up in the morning.... good enough for me.

I had a small hiccup a couple of weeks ago on a weekend withdrawal. They needed to transfer funds to MB to complete payments, and it would be Monday before that happened, I chose pay back to my credit card instead, and it was speedy (on my card come Monday if memory serves me right).

Instant is only if the right people are on shift. Under 8 hours is more than acceptable to me.

Hi rainmaker oh I didnt know that is that true? I keep hearing conflicting info, do 3dice accept USA or not?

Thanks for the post

I know I keep talking to myself here lol but I went and checked with 3Dice live chat myself. They confirmed they still accept USA players for real money play.

Thanks for that info :)

I asked the 3Dice rep (PM) if they accepted US players or not. He did not reply.

RTG or 3Dice, as I said, irresponsible to accept US customers in the current climate.

My withdrawals

to Neteller havent been instant for a long time either I think maybe not
since rainyday was introduced, wether that has a bearing or not Im not
sure.

Regardless of that they are still as speedy as a speedy thing
with withdrawals, more often minutes than hours for sure.
