    Referral bonus at Jackpot Capital

I was honestly surprised by the way JC treated myself and my friend that i advised to play at this casino. Just wanted to share and ask for your opinion.

I was playing there for a while, never had a problem or issue. So, i have very close friend, he is new to online casinos and actually not really a computer geek Also, his English (reading or writing) is not very good. I was visiting him a couple weeks ago, had my laptop with me and wanted to show him the casino.
Now, first thing I did, I went to live chat and ask rep it that's ok to do it, since i am on his IP address. He clearly stated it was fine and I will not get any kind of problems.

So, I made small deposit and played a little bit to show him games.
Just today, he decided to open an account and made a deposit. JC declined to give me referral bonus based on terms that accounts linked. I spoke to someone Kizzy (terrible support) and then supervisor Nekisha, both of them just repeatedly said i violated terms. In fact, they both saying he did not deposit and that just not cool, since he deposited 100 and claimed 100% WELCOME bonus.

Honestly, I dont really care about 50 dollars bonus, but in a matter of pricipal, apparently they would rather lose 2 players then stop arguing about 50 dollars bonus that i would most likely lose in 2 minutes.

I did close my account, because really did not like they approached this situation. Of course, there plenty of places to play. I never had a single issue with JC and was really shocked they made such a big deal from this minor issue.
Just wanted to ask your opinion, if I overacting and something..

Did your friend open the account on your computer?

I am a loyal player at JC. Perhaps you should have written Yasmeen first and explain the situation or the elusive "Oliver Smith"

As for speaking to the CS Really, they have no authority to do anything. They are like bank tellers or Branch Managers OF BANKS They just follow the script. I still think you should write to the casino rep here at casinomeister and explain your situation. They don't want to lose 2 customers esp you who has been playing there for years Let us know the final result
PS. so 50 bucks at 60 times WR is a no go anyway. So not a significant loss

Honestly, I dont think JC did anything wrong. As long as your friend didnt open an account you could of course play on your account from 2 different ip addresses. Meanwhile, if you are talking about principle then they should not allow welcome bonuses to be claimed from seperate accounts using the same ip address. Who knows? It could be your goodself wanting to claim the bonus over and again. To be fair to you, maybe you could post the live chat here and let other members judge the situation.

Thank you for your replies. My friend opened account from his computer, from his house. And Yes, u r absolutely correct, not a loss at all, but the way to treat customer and address this issue, to me was completely unfair.

I did not explain myself well, i guess. He claimed WELCOME bonus and was allowed to get one. What I was trying to get is referral bonus for referring him to casino. I agree of course, welcome bonus should not be claimed from same ip and such, but it has nothing to do with welcome bonus. I referred him to casino and showed him games, basiclly introduced himself to JC and I think I deserve that lame $50 with huge WR That's the principle i was talking about

How did they know you referred him? Did you send an email to support telling them that mr. X will be opening an account and you referred him ? Or did he write before and announced he was referred by you?
Cause if none of the above , then I could claim all new players as a "referral"
What I am trying to say is that all these casinos are always looking out for folks who are trying to beat em in any way so ALWAYS be up front with them and ion writing(email) No chat

U r probably right. He opened account, went to live chat and said that he was referred by me. That's all. I agree I should have send email, but he was told right away that I will not be eligible for that bonus. No reason to email after that. I went to live chat myself and spoke to them-same result. Again, its not about 50 dollars, it's about the way casino treat their players. I have hard time imagine 3dice would send me to hell in this situation referring to terms and conditions dealing with valuable player. I guess I am not that important to that casino as a customer which is of course fine with me

    Pobeda,

It seems you may have to send them a bundle of info to prove that you and your friend are separate entities. The fact that you and your friend played from the same computer does raise valid questions from them. Infact, they shouldnt even be giving welcome bonus to him/her unless everthing is cleared up. I would suggest you locating the live chat transcript which states that they allowed you to play your own account on your friend's computer followed by your friend sending them verification documents including i/d and address proof. This should at least prove we are tal;king about 2 different players who dont live in the same household. If they are satisfied with this, they shouldnt penalise you just because you happened to play once at your friend's computer and award you the referral bonus.

I know you dont really care about the bonus but why belittle the $50 they are offering?

I did read so many posts by you and always thought you r one of the easiest people to communicate on this forum this is truly a compliment, no way that I am tryig to offend you
on average, i deposit 200-300 a week, sometimes less of course. I am not a big player, but like to play and only playing at accredited by casinomeister casinos. I do not think that 50 bucks would give me any playing time or winning. I helped my friend and this makes me happy enough All I am trying to say, if I would be JC support I would give out lame $50 and would not even mention anything like this to depositing player. I offered to them to check my IP address that I am playing from on regular basis vs one time connection from my friend IP address. make sense? they did not want to do this. I asked how am I liked to other player and they said "look at terms and conditions"\.
in my opinion, you can find a minute, a word, a phrase, instead of sending your player who giving you business to explain. And also, if player brings another one to your casino, and that player made deposit with his own credit card on his own account this is enough proof that he is not a clone of myself. Please note, we r not even discussing withdrawals here. And I am truly afraid that on my next withdrawal (if i am lucky of course) i would be denied on simple grounds that I connected from different IP address once.

Sign in problems at Jackpot Capital.....

I tried to play at Jackpot Capital as a MG group referred me to them. They won't let me sign in because " I am not allowed" per chat. When I ask why, they can't give me a reason.

    Anyone else have this problem?
