Another dumb possible question again

Hope somebody can please explain my not understanding the WR requirement fully.
This scenario is with my experience with CasinoTitan and unfortunately their response only pissed me off to a point I stopped playing there. But I think this scenario can happen at any casino when anyone takes a bonus an have WR. Long story ...shortened.
I deposit, get a bonus , have a WR.
I am playing MICEDICE playing min. bet and hit absolutely crap even w/ the feature guarantee.
Down to last $1.something and msg pops up to trigger guarantee feature manually b4 my balance goes below .99 or I loose feature progress...I trigger and (obviously) dont hit the feature. I continue to spin w/ my last $1 something and miraculously I hit 4 mice feature the very next spin. My balance is at $50+. Now I go to cashier page to see what is left on my playthrough req. and its nothing...all 50+ is under cashable. I know I was hitting crap and did'nt come close to completeing WR on the deposit. I explain the situation mention above thoroughly to live chat and I really dont think they understood.
They kept telling me I needed $100 min to cash...I kept repeating I dont want to cash, I want to know is the $50+ cashable or do I still have a WR ....they kept repeating I need $100 to cash. I was already hotheaded by then....played what ever I had left to 0
and uninstalled.

So to my knowledgeable Meister members, please enlighten me. Was the $50+ actually cashable amount(I know $100 was min to cash)at that point or was I still attached to a WR. Thanks for allowing me to get flustered.

I would assume that your bonus was NON cashable. That means that you can only cashout any amount ABOVE the bonus amount. Meaning MORE than the bonus. If you put in $100 and got $100 then the lowest you can cashout is $101. Of which, only $1 would be sent to you as the other $100 is considered bonus money that you may only play with but not withdraw. Is that what you are asking?

Theoretically the amount is still subject to a playthrough but the rtg cashier has its own way of determining playthrough and when your last penny is used up the wrs are gone. Happened to me twice, one at buzzluck and once at slotastic. I played the 3 stooges at buzzluck, was down to $0.75 and hit a big one of $250 on the last spin. All wrs were gone. Then playing t-rex at slotastic hit the feature with 0.15 or something left and won 100 on the feature. wrs were all gone. mind you, both casinos are accredited and they didnt stall on my cashout. Titan may be different and might insist that you havent made playthru after checking your play logs without making reference to the cashier.
