Only discovered this one today, so downloaded it and was going to avail myself of the welcome bonus, but alas I can't have a bonus because I was going to deposit via neteller. I am not desperate to have a bonus but I went to ask why on live chat. Their response was, 'we don't give bonuses on neteller deposits' - OK fair enough

I then asked how long to process a neteller withdrawal - 3-4 days to process then ten days for it to appear in my account - er, thanks but no thanks guys

To me, they said 5 business days to have documents checked, then 3-4 days to process.
Well, I think we could change business days to business weeks as it's Rushmore group as well
