Party Casino rogue terms and conditions

I have read there terms and conditions and they have in my opinion a very rogue term :

(iii) if We have good grounds to suspect that you have sought only to exploit a bonus offered by Us in good faith to enhance your entertainment (for example, on acceptance of a bonus, the minimum wagering requirement is met and funds are subsequently withdrawn).

This term is not acceptable and they should be rogued for that .

They will probably not enforce this terms if you lets say win 500 . But its very likely that these terms are used when a player wins large sums of money .

I am not aware of cases where players got money stolen due to this term . I would not be surprised if i would see this kind of terms in any rogue Virtual Casino but its a shame that a huge company like Partygaming have this kind of terms .

Imagine you have a big win and want to cashout as soons as possible and then get your winnings confiscatet due to this bullshit

    What do you think ?

I've never had any trouble cashing out on a bonus there and more than one time i only wagered the minimum. I've been playing there for about 7 years now.

I agree the term looks bad, but i never heard of a case where i was actually applied.
... and proud of it !

WPT Casino has identical terms ,it looks like they are close connectet and they have confiscatet a large slot win . It was a spirit of the promotion case and Max have written a warning .

Dont know if they are at the rogue pit or not . I have never been a problem with them during my 3 years membership , but after i have read this i will no longer play there .

Sorry for the little derail from the T&C which by the way i was shocked to learn

Do they still have the 2-3 business day pending period for withdrawals they started implementing at the end of last year?

I rarely play there anymore because of this as i used to get my withdrawals in under 5 hours to Neteller and then they changed it to up to 5 days if you were unlucky to withdraw later in the week.

Terms and Conditions are sometimes scary... I wouldn't be surprised if someday I have a nightmare about them.

Same here Repro. I've played @ Party casino on and off for years and never once had a problem. I have met the WR on plenty of bonuses and withdrawn large sums (£2000+) without fuss.

Cashed out so much from party casino, been with them since they started many years ago... hundreds of withdrawals. I'm way ahead with them. Now they hold my payouts for 3 days... so cashout on a wednesday means I get my moneybookers or neteller on the following monday. They say it is because they want to protect me from online fraud

    So I left them.
