Annoying Silver Oak and Royal Ace Casino calls......

Is anyone else getting these calls? I "tried" both casinos at one time about 12-18 months ago. Typical rogue casino, difficulty getting paid, so I moved on.

Periodically I get a call from one or the other with some special "deal" to get me back. Each and every time, I tell them I am not interested and to remove my contact info from their records. It never works.

Over this past week, I got at least 2-3 calls each from these casinos, always a different person, and always saying "sorry to bother you, we will remove you from our records" when I explain I want nothing to do with them after multiple bad experiences.

I wish there was a "no call" list for bad casinos......

Just ranting - they must be getting desperate since the intensity and frequency of these calls has continued.

This is the downside of lax security measures when it comes to safeguarding players' personal details. There are probably a number of employees with their own ad-hoc lists, so even if one takes you off their call list, the information is still in the hands of others, and they will call, or even pass the information on to other agents.
They are probably set targets to achieve in bringing in deposits, so they will STILL call in the hope that eventually you will give in and take up one of their offers.

The only sure way to stop this is to change your number, but you could try to trick them into adding duff data to their list by telling them you have changed provider, and have a new number. Given them the number of, say, your local police station, senator, congressman, etc. If one of these tracks you down, tell them that you quit playing there long ago because of UIGEA, but they just won't give up calling no matter how often you tell them you are no longer interested.
Apart from this, you could give them a dud number, or the number of a fax machine. They will eventually give up, but in the meantime you will not be bothered by the calls.

Do what I did, I answered the phone, Federal Agent Hofsdal (rambled off 5 or 6 numbers), can I help you? Heard Click, never got another call. Try that, it just might work.

I love when they call me. I quickly change the subject and remain on that subject no matter what. If its a lady caller...I talk about sex. If it's a man caller I talk about Bible
