First I do like GoWild casino but what frusterates me is claiming bonuses. Many time online help I get timed out and like today I sent a e-mail and been ove a hr and no response this is making me play the site alot less, it shouldn't be so hard to claim a bonus. This system I do not like it would be ok if you were able to get help.

Whilst I don't claim bonuses, I do have the same problem lately when trying to contact their live support (for different reasons). In fact I haven't got through in over a week!

The best thing to do is to use Google Chrome instead of IE7 and connect to the chat using the website. Normally you WILL be connected in a few seconds. It's just IE7 that times out without connecting,

These problems are known at a lot of MG's like GoWild and 32RED.

you can click the CONTACT US icon along the bottom lobby, this CHAT works way better in most MG casinos.

This works every time.

Forget the links from casino client. Just go to their website, click the link "Live chat" and just type Your first name in the box, dont enter account number.

You˙ll get to support rep in no time. Either they have separate staff working on client Live chat or they just put higher priority on new players, which is the way they see You when there is no account number in the box.

Cheers and dont spread this too much around because they might plug the leak.

Remember that World Cup promo when they were giving free spins after the match and what rush on Live support was happening once the match was over, I was able to get through to support in 10 seconds max and get spins in less than a minute this way while chat from accessed from client would time out at least once.

I have never had a problem. If you go into your bank section and hit the Live Help, I have never waited more than a minute.

It actually never works for me from the Banking page but i always connect fast from "Contact us" on the main window. Go figure....
