Ladbrokes - Can anyone at Casinomeister investigate

Ladbrokes rep hasn't logged in since 28 April they haven't installed any new games since December can anyone in the know investigate are they perhaps thinking of getting rid of MG software and looking elsewhere?

I contacted help yesterday and they had not heard of any new games available elsewhere and just said maybe they didn't have the licence for them.

Something is going on why would they miss out on the 3d games promotion?

    Hello you,

I just posted this in another thread (2 min before you started this thread ) :

    LADBROKES PLC

    Notification of New Contract

LADBROKES SIGNS NEW SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH MICROGAMING

Ladbrokes, one of the world's leading betting and gaming companies has signed a new platform and content supply agreement with Microgaming, the world's largest provider of online gaming software.

Under new commercial terms Micrograming will supply casino and games software to Ladbrokes' leading betting and gaming website www.ladbrokes.com

The new terms offer both parties revenue growth opportunities and will enable Ladbrokes to provide its customers with a premium range of content and product.

Richard Glynn, Ladbrokes CEO commented: "This agreement reflects our ongoing objective to offer customers the best products in the market place through more flexible supplier relationships which offer increased opportunities for growth. Microgaming has a proven track record and product range and this new agreement offers us the opportunity to maximise our relationship in the future."

Roger Raatgever, CEO of Microgaming said: "We have had a long and successful association with Ladbrokes; this new agreement will enable us to continue working closely together to enable Ladbrokes to provide a market leading casino offering and extend the reach of our products across all Ladbrokes channels. We are proud that Microgaming has supplied online gaming software to Ladbrokes for over 10 years and we look forward to a continued prosperous relationship."

This latest key supplier contract follows Ladbrokes agreement with Global Draw last year, for the supply of new gaming machines to Ladbrokes retail estate. The rollout of the new machines was completed at the end of May, one month ahead of schedule.

Ladbrokes is continuing discussions with a number of other suppliers and expects to confirm new agreements in the coming months

That can't be the WHOLE story though, because other casinos don't suddenly stop getting new games when their contract comes up for renewal, it is all done behind the scenes.
Other casinos don't issue a press release either every time they renew their contract with MGS.

It looks like Microgaming had a fight on their hands to win the contract this time, so since December Ladbrokes were operating "off contract" whilst negotiations were taking place, so didn't receive any new games because Microgaming was NOT going to supply them until a renewed contract had been agreed and signed. They will no doubt all appear at once following this new agreement.

I believe the aborted purchase of 888.com by Ladbrokes is the reason they didn't simply renew their contract with MGS in January, and this was because Ladbrokes intended to switch to Cassava software for all their products once the deal had gone through. Since the deal did NOT go through, Ladbrokes had to start looking for an alternative supplier, and have now decided to stick with Microgaming, and put together what they believe will be a "premium package" that will draw players to Ladbrokes casino over the other MGS brands.

Funny thing is, they USED to have such a "premium package" on offer for players, but they systematically crippled it through a "death of a thousand cuts", ending with no new games for 6 months.
Ladbrokes also have this attitude that EVERY player that uses a webwallet is out to defraud them in some way, so players who use such wallets are treated like s***, and many decided to uninstall the Ladbrokes casino. I did this almost 3 years ago, and every time I check back they STILL seem to treat players like me like "third class customers" purely on the grounds that I use Neteller, and not a credit card, to deposit.

A loyalty points scheme would be a start never known any casino that doesn't have some sort of scheme or more bonuses to compensate. The only real advantage of Ladbrokes is the immediate withdrawl but they need more.

This is not an ordinary press release, it is a notification from London Stock Exchange. Larger contracts etc must be publicly announced (by law)

But I agree, it has probably been a dispute over some time.

The press release was a general one to media.

There's a great deal of uncorroborated speculation in this thread, I have to say.

"doesn't have some sort of scheme or more bonuses to compensate"
I have NEVER come across a casino with more generous bonuses!
For example, last month: Deposit £100, play £100 worth of bets on Blackjack, get a £100 bonus with WR only x10 (if slots played).
They can keep their comp points as far as I'm concerned.
If you know any casinos with better bonus terms, I'm all ears!
