Arrow Mr Green - Baptism by Fire

Mr Green has just jumped into the Baptism by fire section:
    http://www.casinomeister.com/accredi...sinos.php#fire

Powered by Betsoft, WagerWorks and Net Ent - give them a go. (sorry, no US).

Nice casino. I recall playing there a year or 2 ago.

I had to play a 1st deposit bonus. Even after winning £300+ I couldnt cashout due to WR not met. So I played on and met WR with a withdraw over £600.

They paid quickly. My only problem back then was they pay in euros so my withdraw was £100 or so short.

However I told them, they checked and confirmed and sent the rest.

When the rest arrived it was still short but after speaking to staff they credited my account with a value bigger than what they owed with no wr so i could play or cashout.

    Was very pleased with them.

    I have a question.

This is from your T&C :

"If you win EURO €100,000 or more, we will divide the payout into ten installments, paid with 10 per cent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts."

This is the first time I have seen a Net Entertainment casino who pays progressive jackpots / big wins in installments. I understand it may be necessary for those who win big on your WagerWorks games, since it is software based.

My question. Will this T&C also apply for those who win on your NetEnt games and if so, why have you chosen this practice ?

    Damned good question!

I was about to comment on the fact that in my dealings with this casino I have always found the management communicative and helpful...but in view of rainmaker's post I think I will withold the applause for those past experiences until there is a logical answer to this.

    I dont get it

    What does 'software based' imply?

This means that it is a policy directed by the software provider - not the casino management itself. Wagerworks is owned by IGT - an American company, and their jackpot payouts are determined by whatever US laws they have to abide by. You know, land of the free and all that.

Just chipping in. I tested Mr Green out about 2/3 months ago and was impressed. Service was good, cashouts were quick and the games neat. The ID process was quick and was no hassle either. In the registration process they even ask if you want to set a deposit limit.

Apart from the clunky slots interface that meant I couldn't really play it on my Netbook, I found it hard to fault. But then I didn't quite win £100,000

Have played at Mr Green once, the service is not bad, however the sign-up bonus is limited to few countries only.

WagerWorks slots games are not available to Australian Players.

netENT 's games are running smoothly.

I think that sign-up bonuses are available for players outside of UK as well, but only for a small selection of countries

    From their T&C :

If you are eligible for a bonus, that is for example a login bonus of SEK 25, NOK 25 or EUR 3 or a deposit bonus of 100% up to a certain amount, then you are asked to wager the bonus amount before making any cash-outs of the bonus or winnings. If you would like to request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are fulfilled, Mr Green will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings before approving any withdrawal. Wagering at Video Poker, roulette (any roulette), Black Jack (any Black Jack) or any other Table Game does not count in the wagering requirements. Bonuses are only available to players from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Austria, Great Britain and Germany. Local wagering requirements may be applied. Bonuses/Freespins at Mr Green can only be received once per household. Risk-free bets on any games do not qualify for Mr Green’s wagering requirements.
