After having an absolute abysmal last 7-8 months regarding my play times per deposit, in which I have made around 20-30 deposits at 4 casinos (most had deposit bonuses) and yet not once making the WR let alone cashing out, I was pondering as to whether - should I call it a day or not?.

I like many others play for the fun factor, the thrill of the chase as such, i`m no high roller far from it, all I want is the entertainment value and as many hours of this as possible from my deposit, and if I make a playthrough and there`s enough cash worth withdrawing, then that`s a great bonus ;).

So faced with this dilemma I thought I would try my luck at a different casino, Ladbroke`s sprang to mind, but, being the bonus whore that I am, I quickly decided against it, it obviously had to be a casino that is trustworthy and one i`ve had a good experiences with and np cashouts and ofc that deposit bonus;) (this automatically ruled out any from the casino rewards gp lol), in fact several of the casinos that fell into this category I was looking for were now owned by the casino rewards group, `No thanks` I thought, as visions of my blocked and 100% obtained legitimately loyalty points reminded me of why I stopped playing there a year or two ago.

Even though i`ve played at every stand alone or part of a group MG casino out there, if I have never had a cashout from them it deters me, this left only one option and that was my old hot favourite - GoWild, even though I have deposited with them a few times since the Serbia fiasco, it somehow deterred me from playing there again, even though my personal experience with them was 100% fantastic covering every aspect of online gambling, fast trouble free payouts, excellent customer service, and an unhealthy amount of bonuses and goodies (including a weekly surprise bonus from my VIP manager<3).

What the hell I thought as memories of fun times came flooding back, including the weekend I made a £100 deposit and received a 50% deposit bonus, and went on to max every single slot that gave free spin rewards from the spin machine bonus (there were only 5 at this time), after this day I was given a nick name by my VIP manager which obviously showed when speaking to any of the CS girls - Roy `The Spin Machine` lol, not the 1st time i`ve had outrageous playtime from there, and definitely not the last either, here we have around £1500 play from a £20 deposit.....

Anyway`s, back to my weekend, I deposited £20, received my bonuses and duly went on to having 4.5 hours game play, easily making the WR, but never having a balance amount high enough to withdraw, a good few hours later and extremely bored I decided to have another play and duly deposited £30, received my bonuses and was starkly reminded that sometimes, no matter what games you play, it will be an absolute nightmare, didn`t even make an hour of play time.

Yesterday around midday, was extremely bored and decided to have another £20 worth, made the deposit and off I went, breezed through the WR, around about 4 hours later I was down to my last £4-£5 and very contented with my game play, when this happened.....

Omfg I thought, and went off to play a few of my old favourite games, after roughly an hour of play on TSII, LotR, MM etc, and my balance just starting to decrease, I thought wth and decided to have a few last spins on BDBA and withdraw the last £70 and thus breaking even, then this happened.....

Okay, not as big as my previous hit, but still one of the wins you scream for when the free spins land, and wins that have seriously alluded me since Nov 2010.

So here we have it, all 3 aspects of game play and bonuses, making the WR but not having a balance high enough to warrant a withdrawal, but on the other hand loads of hours of fun, a complete blank, and lastly the all important making the WR and withdrawing, which I managed to get to £120 btw.

So hats off to GoWild for making me a very happy man :).

Just thought I'd mention - my first deposit @ GoWild (£200) resulted in a £2000 withdrawal. I added loads of big wins to the winning screen shots thread that week.
I've since made a couple more deposits, winning big once more from one of them and, understandably, losing eventually with the other. Even when I lost, I was playing for ages; the money wasn't just gobbled up in seconds as it seems to at 'other casinos'.

I know what you mean hun ;), On a completely different note and I hope Gia doesn`t mind me showing this, but meh, this is the kind of customer service i`ve grown to love about GoWild, like when I was in hospital I emailed my VIP manager (Melissa) to ask if she would claim my Wednesday deluxe for me, not only did she do this but left a get well soon surprise in my account 20 credits and 25 FS`s on TSII.

I received my birthday bonus a bit early yesterday due to work commitments and being away for weeks on end, 30 free credits that gave me an astonishing wagering amount of 1800+ and even though I felt guilty doing it, a withdrawal of £200, I just opened my PM`s and received a message from Gia...

Thanks for that info Gia :) is the flush withdrawal new as i remember last year i asked support to flush it and they said they never do we payout so quick :) i know that as i have withdrawn lots of times from you and so far its been xlnt :) but if i recall that time i ended up playing it all back :eek:

This must indeed be pretty new, I asked support to flush my withdrawals two times I think in the last month, but it wasn't carried out... and I lost huge afterwards :(

I tried to flush a withdrawal just a few minutes ago, and was told, that I HAVE to e-mail finance, to have it flushed. Now this is around midnight, and I assume noone is working in finance at this hour. This means that my withdrawal won't be flushed for several hours, and therefor will be reversable. PLEASE can you chance this ??? If e-mailing finance is the only option, you really shouldn't compare to 32Red.....they do it right then and there, no matter what time you knock on the door.

Today I cashed out £1,500 from a £150 deposit. I posted some of my shots in the winner's screen shots thread last night. :clap:
GoWild are certainly working their way up on my 'preferred casinos' list. In fact if it weren't for Ladbrokes, they'd be my number 1. But it's early days. :)
 
Go Wild has consistently given me more play time then any other MG casino since I joined when they entered the CM Baptism of Fire. Not so great play on video poker like I might have elsewhere, really good on slots, especially those with bonus rounds.

How can everyone be so sure that all MG casino properties are set with the same configurations for randomness. Consistently, I have had better luck at GoWild, although once you run through the cycle of most slots (and I do believe there are cycles!!) things do slow down. What do I mean by cycles? I mean hitting a big one, such as this shot which I got this week.

I have had the same experience with every MG casino I have played at in regards to the cycles, for example BDB again... once you hit some of those really nice payouts, you then go onto that gruesome grind of having to wait for 100 or 200 or more spins before you hit a bonus round again. Certainly my experience has been if you try and keep playing a slot that isn't paying, (like after 20 spins or so), it's usually a sign that your $$ will go down the drain! The difference I have had at GoWild is if I have a winning session and cashout, I don't have 10 or more losing sessions following the winning one at GO Wild. I have often won on the next session(s) following a cashout.

I don't plan to give up my day job and know that this good luck can very well change at GO Wild, but like HI Roller, my play time and winning sessions have been very good at GO Wild! Unlike HI Roller, I don't have the same warm and fuzzy feelings about Ladbrokes!
 
Has anyone had problems withdrawing from here?

Been trying to make a withdrawal all afternoon-for at least the past 5 hours yet the withdrawals page just will not load.

Spoke to 3 different members of staff,that weren't much help as the problem wasn't solved.

Just spoke to a 4th who disconnected the chat,all I get is the 'loading withdrawal ....please wait' screen...
 
I used to only deposit at Jackpot Factory group for my MG fix, but Go Wild is fast becoming my overall choice for MG's. I don't deposit much normally, although I do go through stages when I get a big job payment, for example, and Go Wild is currently getting 90% of my Micro Gaming funds that I set aside :P

I just seem to get more slot time for my money there; and I know it's all in the mind, but still. Great CS, decent cashout times, and account flushing when you do win.

Doesn't get much better in my opinion :D

My one annoyance is that even when I deposit with Moneybookers now, I can't get payments back to Moneybookers, it still goes back to my card - I seem to remember something about cashouts being sent to your card until cashouts have reached your deposit amount from your card - I'm sure someone can confirm that.

Having to wait for winning to land on my card sucks :(
 
Made a 30 pounds deposit here this morning,with the 15 pound bonus-got past the playthrough and won 250 quid-took 200 out and played the rest through-made my friday :)

Had a similar problem earlier at Golden Lounge, has MGS just had a software update?, kept getting weird no update available spam when trying to load a different game, in the end I done a fresh reinstall and it cured it ;).
 
With regards to the wagering at GoWild, I to have noticed this, my loyalty points redeemed to deposits ratio is head and shoulders above any other MGS casino.

Not sure if any of you guys played at GoWild when they had the spin machine promo, it was a selection of slots that if you wagered a certain amount you would get free spins starting from 20-25 FS and hitting 100 - 125 FS for maxing the wagering required (around 2.5k iirc), when TSII was released they also had another FS promo running as well, I won in excess of 25,000 FS`s on TSII during these promos lol, and one weekend on a £100 deposit plus 50% bonus I maxed out the FS`s on all 5 of the allotted slots at the time, a wagering requirement of somewhere around 10-12k.

Such was the awesomeness of my achievement I earned the much coveted and still undisputed title of Roy `The Spin Machine` to which all the CS girls would call me ;)...

A small example of the unbelievable wagering you can achieve there...

Seems to be fixed now,they were helpful and told me I could request a W/D via email,after which my funds appeared in my moneybookers acc almost immediately somehow.

Seems these guys are just awesome,immortal even.(I don't think they're human-shhhh)

My fave casinos are defo between these guys and 32 red atm...

Yep, have to agree there, been with GoWild for around 2 years now and I have nothing but praise for them, we kinda take it for granted that everything is sweet and dandy from the 32Red group so we don`t make to many threads regarding their awesomeness lol.

I do use the UK brands a lot also..Virgin, Sky, Ladbroke`s, but there is absolutely no personal touch with these three whatsoever :(.
