Go Casino, Online Vegas, Crazy Slots and Grand Vegas to close May 27th

FYI....another one bites the dust. Here's the affiliate email we received.

In light of recent events we regret to inform you that effective Friday May 27th, 2011 all tracking links for BestCasinoPartner.com partner casinos will become inactive and you will no longer be able to promote these brands. Further to this our partner casinos will be working with their software provider, Vegas Technology, to disable player registrations. We strongly encourage you to remove your affiliate links immediately. This policy will be implemented for all of the BestCasinoPartner.com partner sites: Online Vegas, Go Casino, Crazy Slots, and Grand Vegas.

We apologize for the short notice and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Please login to BestCasinoPartner.com in the coming days for further updates. If you have any concerns or questions regarding this policy change, please contact your BestCasinoPartner.com representative.

    Best regards,

    The BestCasinoPartner Team

The email only says they are not taking any new registrations - not that the casinos are closing.
However, why would they stop ALL registrations if it was only the USA situation they are worried about...?

It was confirmed by an aff mgr that they were closing. Guess we'll see on the 27th.

Do you know if this communication was sent to all US affiliates, or to affiliates generally (internationally)?

Always seemed a shady casino. Deposited twice and wished I hadnt. Live support was always a 30 minute wait at least.

They always used bad tactics at taking money. On bank statements the deposits went through to company's they set up as a front to try to hide the fact they were taking money from gambling (such as "chair and sofa" and a fake fishing tackle shop).

Of course thats only trying to dodge a bullet with all the restrictions on gambling put in place. Still, if they were being sneaky about that, who knows what other sneaky things they operated

Seems like they are going de-attach players from affiliates, save players database and if online gambling is legalized - they will have the same database, but without need to pay affiliates. Or they are going to change brand. JMO.
