Casino Coins No more players... ever

I just got this from Casino Coins.

    Dear lots0

Casino Coins will no longer be accepting new customers effective May 16th, 2011. This policy will be implemented for all Casino Coins brands including Caribbean Gold, English Harbour, Millionaire Casino, Silver Dollar, Slots Galore, Super Slots and VIP Slots.

Affiliates that are on a revenue share model will be paid on a quarterly basis for all players referred to Casino Coins beginning on June 1st, 2011. The revenue share earned for the month of May will be paid by June 15th, 2011 with the first quarter paid by September 15th, 2011.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding these policy changes please contact your Casino Coins representative.

    Regards,

    Casino Coins
I don't feel too bad about this. Casino Coins ripped me off once.

In my opinion good riddance to bad rubbish.

I got that e-mail too - and it's very bizarre!
It doesn't look anything like any previous official e-mail from them...
So I'm wondering if it's some sort of joke someone who doesn't like them is playing - maybe a disgruntled ex-employee...?

    Interesting.

Could it be that they are doing a "Grand Prive" and just dumping all the affiliates? Just seems odd they would talk about affiliate payments if things were going to continue as normal.

The strategy might be to stop taking new players for a little while and clear the affy payments, and then start a direct marketing campaign.

It is true they have closed the affiliate program and will continue to let existing players play. They may pay affiliates for a few months but I think even that will die down just as VIP casino did when that closed.

My e-mail had the wrong name on it too - it said "Dear mcraigh" - apparently every affiliate's name was wrong...!

    Does seem that this is really happening, though it's VERY strange that there is no indication of this on the Casino Coins website - it just looks like business as usual;
In the "What's New" tab it just has a banner for the Dublin iShow which is next week. I wonder if they'll turn up there and face some tough questions from their affiliates!

I wonder if Bryan knows what's going on - these are accredited casinos after all...

Well, I guess I'm now "listobonus"

I wonder who got my email

Very odd. Normally, I'd get a heads up on what's going on. Doesn't look good to me.
