Anyone else seeing changes at Sloto Cash?

    Happy Saturday to all!

About 3-6 months ago all my limits were lowered at Sloto Cash, maybe longer, it was about the time that they introduced Desert Nights. Not much of a big deal I still played there even though my 20 line max bet went from $20 to $10, the 15 line slots stayed the same so that was cool. I sent an email but after going back and forth they basically told me it had always been that way for my "vip level".

Well I am sorry but I know better, my favorite bet is 1 coin X .10 = $2.00 instead of betting max pennies, I know they are the same amounts but I just prefer to move back and forth between denominations and find I do better betting .10 and .25 than then lower amounts. And I loved that I could do that at Sloto Cash when some of the other Rivals had lowered the betting amounts, in fact at one point I could bet .25 on 20 line games or max of $50, I still can on Wheel of Cash only.

Anyway, in the last 2 weeks or so all of a sudden the promotions I am getting are more like the white label Rivals. Today I have a 100% bonus with max cashout of 3X the bonus - now if I were to deposit $25, meet playthrough the max I could cashout would be $75 plus my deposit, that is just crazy in my opinion. I am also showing a 400% and 300% with 3X max cashouts which I have never seen before at Sloto. I will continue to play at Sloto Cash I am sure, but will probably be a lot less than I have in the past, and I won't be using a promotion or at least any that have a max cashouts. If I hit for $2000 bucks, I want to my $$'s! LOL

I am just a little bummed as it is by far my favorite rival, 2nd being Black Diamond, which I also see has a 100% bonus with a 3X max cashout today, are these casino becoming affiliated? My husband holds an account at Box 24 so I can't play there, and I have an account at Spartan Slots but I don't play there as my limits are $2.00 max for 20 line and $3.75 for 15 line ever since I cashed out a total of $1400 in about 6 weeks.

So I am just wondering if anyone else that plays at Sloto Cash is seeing these same type of changes.

    Happy Winning,
    Shan

Funny you bring it up, because I just deposited at Sloto and was also kind of surprised by the WR/playthroughs. I might be done with them anyway because for some reason I just can't win there, don't know what the problem is. I also noticed today that the only deposit option at sloto is now QT. Not a big deal, but a sign that things are not "business as usual" as they've stated. IMO only.

Box24 used to be my favorite until they bonus-banned me (after I requested that they up my wagering limits) stating I was gaining an unfair advantage on the house - ha, I wish! I didn't even use a bonus there most of the time, so the ban was a real surprise.

I guess I should've seen it coming since their sister site Black Diamond bonus-banned me the minute I cashed out on a lucky Scary Rich day. I understand they don't want me to cash out after meeting a WR, but I wish they understood that some of us don't feel comfortable leaving money in our casino accounts with the state of things lately.

Gaming has become one of my least satisfying hobbies lately, really, what with all the machinations you have to go through to try to play/cashin/cashout.

Something has changed for sure, went to check and now it shows 'No promotions available', same as every white label Rival. Kinda strange since I haven't played there for almost a year.

I deposited the other day using the 400% bonus. I got a good hit early on SR, and then when I tried to raise my bets, I discovered all my games were, as you say, capped at either $2.00 or $3.75. (Except Wheel of Cash.) Now I see that QT is the only way to deposit. Definitely will put that casino on low rotation.

    Thumbs down

The same thing happened to me a few month ago.

To have my bet limit increased above $2 per spin they said I would need to play at their casino on a regular basis. Then as my VIP ranking increased they would reconsider upping my betting limits as I like to bet between $3 to $10 per spin.

I complained to the casino rep here at CM and they said they would look into. Not surprising no response was ever received.

What a crappy, crappy casino Sloto Cash is. They don't even have the financial balls to take on small time gambers. My trust in Rival casinos is at an all time low.

I havent managed to hit a thing at sloto in a long while, so my deposits have been far far less, I must admit I was shocked to see the bonus with x 3 max, Ive never taken a bonus like that nor ever intend too.

I love the software, but id be just as well looking for those hens teeth, that trying for a decent bonus round.

There a a huge lack of screenies from Rival in comparison to before, I gauge on what I see there to a degree also.

I am in the exact same situation.
It's very strange, also because I remember they were recently e-mailing me a "welcome back" freechip 20$ which I never reedemed, and now it has disappeared.

My guess is that Sloto is somehow connected with the Box24 group. I have been seeing signs supporting my claim for some time now.
Live support seemed to operate on the same schedule, before both of them decided to go e-mail support only, a few days ago.
I also noticed when I lost all my promos at Box24, they were also removed at Sloto (later re-instated at Sloto only). (Promos were active at all times at other Rival casinos.)
The final straw I guess for me, was when they both had scheduled maintenance down time, today.

They are both good casinos, I can't really see why they would want to hide the fact, if they indeed are connected.

I think ALL Rivals had downtime today - it was a Rival thing - not a casino thing.
At least, that's what I was told by the rep at another one.

Can't open Sloto Cash or Black Diamond now

I was able to get into Sloto and Black Diamond this morning after the "scheduled maintenance" but just now I was going to look and see if there were any changes or new games and when I try to open the software they just sit and spin so to speak, can't get past the login screen.

Regarding the affiliation between Sloto and Box24 Group, I had sent 2 separate emails a while ago, one to Sloto Cash and one to Box24 group around the time the 3D games came out, I had legit questions for both so at the same time I asked if they were affiliated with one another and no response from either one, imagine that

I was curious as I had logged onto Sloto Cash's web site to check out the 3D games before they went live and one of the slots that is exclusive to the Box24 group "Aussie Rules" is on Sloto Cash's list of games - yet no where to be found in the instant play or in the software. It was than that I really started questioning that there was some sort of affiliation.

Things that make you go hmmm ...
