Grand Prive says I haven't deposited enough

I received in the mail a free offer from GP's Casino Grand Bay. The customer service rep refused to honor it. Because I haven't deposited enough. He then goes on to state that he will contact the promotion dept, and have me removed from any more bonuses. It's been over 5 months since i even logged into my account there.

I had the same thing happen to me, only mine was worse.

I was sent a free birthday offer via email TWICE. The first time I got it was in the beginning of my birthday month, telling me to login and claim my free birthday chip. When trying to claim, they told me sorry....I need to deposit more without claiming bonuses, then I would be eligible for more bonuses/chips.

    Whatever.

So I said stop sending me offers. And how tasteless to send me a birthday offer I cannot use. So they said they would take me off the list. 3 weeks later on my actual birthday they sent me another PERSONALISED email with my free birthday bonus.

And you guessed it, they said no can do.

Maybe their system detected other accounts you've signed up under. You're pretty good at that aren't you?
