I believe they switched to DGS but since the end of last year they are closed. At least that's what I found out from a different forum.
ihad entered a few tourneys and cant log in to see if i had played them all. i had a withdrawl of 50.00 pending and 3.84 left in my account for tourneys . i got a email yesterday stating that my 50 dollars was sent to my q t account along with the extra 3.84 that i had left in my casino account for tourneys. they cleaned my account out for me . but i got all my money from them. just strange thats all.
Keeping an open mind but it doesn't look like a good sign to me right now.
I think we should give Nicolas a couple of days to come on and clarify the situation as he was upfront about the last situation they had.
At least they are paying back monies trapped in players' accounts, but this looks like some kind of PANIC move by them, no notice, no orderly wind down of existing promotions. They were taking entries for advertised tournaments that were never going to be possible to play.
It really looks like they were on the verge of going bust, and this was a short notice emergency move to keep them afloat, become a Rival white label.
The same thing happened when Playshare suddenly became Casino Rewards overnight, and ditched currently running promotions without notice. The Playshare rep simply vanished, and never answered questions about the sudden move.
Nicholas is unlikely to be around until Monday, but if we hear nothing from him for all of next week, we will have to consider the possibilty that he no longer works there, as NOT to respond to this issue would be out of character for him as an active "hands on" rep here.

Back to port for unloading.
Full Sails - before we get raided ourselves.
It looks like my cessation of all play there turned out to be perfect strategy. Good luck all who have money in there.![]()
Ok, let me try and clear up what is happening.
RTG is a top casino software platform to run an online casino on. However, and unfortunately, due to the intricacies of casino operations, and how they work and the current industry landscape, we were not able to achieve the type of business that we wanted to with their platform. And worse, based on our projections, we were not going to be able to.
So to get to be the best we can be, we had to re-asses our entire business model. We found moving to a new platform to be the only way we could break out of our current situation and be able to live up to what players deserve.
We have been planning to make this move for some time now. Betonsoft and Rival were our main considerations for our move as they, together with RTG, are the best software platforms for US facing operators, at least IMHO.
By moving to become a stand alone Rival licensee, we hope to be able to offer faster payouts and better service, and a casino that is the best in it's class.
We stopped taking player deposits a while ago to make sure the least amount of player balances get trapped. If a player has any issues with a trapped balance, we will be glad to work with that player to ensure they receive fair treatment. We are making payouts, allowing players to use their balance in our other properties, and trying our best to make this as sooth as possible. The few bucks we would make from having players balances trapped is nothing to what we would lose in business, it would be insane for us to 'want to trap balances' as some are suggesting is our intention. That is like accusing us of burning cash to sell the ashes.
Our customer service is in place. We aren't going anywhere, just adjusting the core of our business, as I had promised in previous threads. In fact, if you look at my lasts posts, you will see me hinting at this move.
My apologies for any inconveniences this might cause our players, we hope to be up and running on our new platform shortly. I'll be sure to drop by this thread to answer any further questions, doubts or comments that you all may have.
Kind Regards,
Nicolas Johnson

Thanks for the reply Nicholas - I deposited a couple of times at BP, but mainly used iNetBet as my RTG of choice.
My backup RTG was always Rushmore, which left little room for you guys.
However, I only really play at one Rival currently (VRC, for those that care), so you switching to Rival may be the impetus I need to make BP my secondary Rival casino.
I'll watch this thread for further developments, and glad to hear you are actually paying people back their balances![]()
OK, as usual, I am confused. They are switching to Rival, a stand alone, not a white label?
And, it seems this was a well thought out plan, yet no one thought they should notify their customers and give them an opportunity to get their money out first? And, they stuill think people should trust and believe in them?
Am I missing something?
Without Snark there is no Spark!!!....Swampwitch
I guess the question is...do we REALLY need another Rival?
There are not many choices right now with BetOnSoft.....and none of their casinos have any sort of voice here on the forums. So I think you could have really stood out going the BetOnSoft route....perhaps becoming the premiere casino using their software.
But good luck to you just the same![]()
