    Questions on Deposits made

    Hi All,
I have a few questions. Please note I am sort of Brand new to the online gaming industry and whatever little I know of, is due to the posts that I have read here and in OCS. So please bear with me for my ignorance.
I tried a few online casinos in the last couple of weeks, by claiming "no deposit" bonuses (don't want to clog more by listing the names) and I have lost them on slots (no other games were acceptable) and subsequently did not have anything to claim. I do really like some of the Casinos for their software and experience and want to deposit and play in a few of them.
I am not going to claim deposit bonuses or any other promotions from any of them as it restricts me in terms of wagering requirements, games played (I like playing only table games), withdrawal limits etc. I just want to play with my own money, if I win, I win, if I lose, so be it, like in the brick and mortar casinos..
I have the following questions, in case I win
1/ Can I withdraw my money including winnings at will with no restrictions?
2/ Will I be subjected to wagering requirements or any other restrictions retrospectively, for the "no deposit" bonuses I used up and lost earlier?
3/ Will there be any other issues because I registered with more than one casino belonging to the same group or using the same software?

Also I have been a player at 888 (the only online casino that I knew of, until recently) for the last 2 years. During which time, I have made a lot of deposits and subsequently got deposit bonuses. Sad to say, I have lost the deposits as well as bonuses. My questions are
1/ If I make a new deposit now and don't claim a deposit bonus, will I be still bound by the Terms and Conditions of the earlier bonuses lost or will it be fresh start with no strings attached, in case I win?
2/ What is the view of CM about 888. Should I continue with them?
    Lastly
1/ Since I have decided, going forward not to accept any bonuses, I believe I will receive Loyalty points on the amounts I wager. Are they always cashable upon meeting the thresholds (100 credits for $1 seems to be common in most of the casinos), or will there be any further wagering requirements to cash them? 888 always allowed me to encash upon meeting the thresholds (1,000 credits was the minimum though)...
2/ Some of the RTG Casinos, does not allow me to register. Some did though (e.g. High Noon Casino allowed me to register). Not sure why. I am from India. Are there any restrictions since I am from India?

Will greatly appreciate your views and opinions
    Thanks

It's hard to give a precise answer because different casinos have different policies, but generally speaking:

1/ Yes you can (subject to any daily/weekly/monthly limits the casino may have).
2/ At most casinos, No. But make sure you completely ZERO your balance before depositing!
3/ You need to check their T&Cs carefully. Unfortunately some casinos will let you keep on breaking their rules and only enforce them when you actually try to cash-out!

1/ As above - check their T&Cs. (I don't think 888 WR carries over, but I'm not sure).
2/ I can't answer for CM, but I would say they are pretty safe for players. (Whether they screw affiliates or not is another issue...)

1/ This varies from one casino to another. Again I say - check the T&Cs.
2/ That is a good question - I have no idea! I would have guessed gambling online is illegal in India, is it not?

Thanks KK. Gambling is neither illegal nor legal in India..It is governed by the states and not by Central government. For instance we have Land based casinos in Goa. As far as online gambling there is no ruling. In fact a state called Sikkim has awarded license to run online casinos.
    Thanks
