Yes, I agree that polish market have potential, but there is also many multiaccounters and other "fraudsters" in effect many casinos excluded Poland from promotions or even from playing, but I hope it will change someday.

They have polish language on their site, and are accepting for example Przelewy24 (which I think is a Polish payment method). Don`t know if they offer a welcome bonuse to Polish players, but my guess would be that they do offer bonuses to loyal players regardless of nationality (loyalty bonuses).

By the way, I know that a casino like for example Bet365 requires Polish players to wager their bonus+deposit 200 times.
