A suggestion for 32Red group!

I have accounts at 3 of the casinos in this group and I hate the way you have to go to another page and sometimes log in again to view comp points. Half the time I get an "Internet Explorer can't open the page" error.

Most of the other MG casinos have changed to a new lobby with the loyalty points on the main login page and I absolutely love it! Can we please see something like that with the 32Red casinos???? Pretty please???

great idea. 95% of the time i dont get to the loyalty points page too. i always have to ask livechat to take a look for me.

And I thought it was on my side!
But same here, tried to redeem some ruby's yesterday, but could not access the page through the software.
Had to go through the main website instead.

Always thought it was odd that they ask for my accountnumber and password when I'm already logged in.

And does Golden Lounge even have comp points?
Never found them so far.


And now that we're bitching and moaning, what about the huge amounts of disconnects lately?
I got booted out of the casino 5 times yesterday in an hour of playing.
No warningsigns, like reels that never land, just POOF, in the middle of a spin, "we have a casino error, please try again later". Bye!.
Very irritating, especially when I'm playing a 'hot' game.

To get to Golden Lounge comps when you're in the games view click the little menu on the top left, and you'll see the Goldies reward program or whatever it's called. Actually Golden Lounge's comp page usually shows up pretty well - the others are a bit of a pain though.

Interesting though - someone who plays more should check because I have a feeling that comps expire at Golden Lounge....I should have had at least a few comps but it's showing a big fat zero in mine...?
