I think it depends on the casino.
I play at Vegas Regal and they only have both Scary Rich games and Jaque Pot capped.

But games like Psychedelic Sixties and Moonlight Mistery, both capable of paying much higher, are not capped.

I havent played the 3-D slots much, they play too slow for me.
But just like most Rival games, I suppose the big payouts are in the feautures.
Linewins in normal play are always crappy at Rival, thats just the way their slots are designed.
    High variance..

If you were betting up to $1/spin on a $150 bankroll you would need to get a few good features to keep you going, and based on my experiences so far, they are often a couple of 100 spins between the better ones.

I was playing Dog Casher, Fortune of the Pharaohs, McMurphys and Mr Magoos Adventure. I have never been so bored playing slots before!

Have uninstalled any Rival slots now and sticking to RTG and MG. I've seen lots of complaining about RTG on the forum but can honestly say that the best and biggest wins I've had are with RTG. They are my favourite games as well. I Play at Aladdins Gold and have had nothing but good experiences and a few big wins off of small deposits!

I guess everyones experience is different though!

    Cheers

Back to the subject; we all know Rival seem to just LOVE releasing their new games with glaring howlers in the pay-tables, and so we shouldn't be surprised any more I suppose, at these faux pas on the two newest 3D slots.

First, a great contradiction on TWO pages of the rules for the Pharaoh game:

Then on Beretta; maybe they thought it was safer to say nothing at all, than to risk giving wrong information...
