Another question - are we playing a single game or an entire casino?

    Hello again,

I don't want to become irritating, it's just that I have so many questions that I want to ask you guys. I kinda feel guilty starting yet another thread, but at the same time; what is a forum without threads and questions?

Anyway, this is something I've wondered for a long time - Supposing I deposit £100 at Ladbrokes casino and after a while on Double 'O' Cash (or whatever) I build my balance up to £350, then withdraw the lot.
The next day, I deposit £100 again and play a different game. Am I treated as though I'm 'up' £250 and the game is then more inclined to take money off me this time? Or is it a totally different game where I have as much chance of winning as the next player?

    I hope that makes sense.

    Hello

I understand how you think, and I believe it is quite normal for players/gamblers to think like that.

Having said that, your thoughts are not rational. Every spin is a new spin. This applies regardless of whether you have lost or won in previous games.

We know this is not rational. All gamblers are "not rational".

Rainmaker, do not feel sorry or worried about asking questions. That is how all of us learned more about gambling on line. So fire away with those questions!

We like questions - keep 'em coming!

Microgaming's bonus video slots are totally random - as rainmaker said, each spin is a totally independent event (just like a roulette wheel) and the game does not have a memory.
Each player is playing in isolation - no wins or losses other people have will effect your results.

BUT... you should also be aware that MG also have AWP or "Pub Slots" which work in a TOTALLY different way and each spin is not random. (They are marked as AWP in the games menu). Some other softwares also have "fruit machines" which work in a slightly different way too. So if you're not sure which type of machine you are playing it is always best to come here & ask about it!

While spins are independent, it's important to keep in mind that every time you play, you are more likely to lose than win. The longer you play, the more likely you are to lose. I think this is a major reason why people talk about slots going into suck mode after a win.

Whether you play on in a session, or withdraw and make a new deposit makes no difference. Except seeing that money in your account is a good feeling, and it's good to withdraw when we do get ahead.

Thanks for the replies and advice.

I think over time I've just become a bit paranoid and always thought that after winning, the games are 'out to get me' (for want of a better phrase).

jod5413 - I think you meant ME to fire away with those question?

It's not paranoia if they're really out to get you
