Does this mean i can play video poker but it only counts as 10% of Wager requirements OR does it mean i can only wager 10% of the bonus i was given ($100) on video poker?

I asked live chat but the person had no clue what i was talking about

Surely it means counts as 10% of wager requirements but i am afraid to play VP without being sure. Anybody?

I have not seen this in a T&C before.

As I read it, I would say it means that you only can wager 10% of the bonus on video poker (-all aces V.P). But that just sounds strange.

I know it is confusing to me also. If i do what it says i can only wager $10 on video poker. LOL.

It is def. worded in a fashion that implies only 10% of the bonus can be wagered on VP. So, if they are not translating and this was the intended semantics, its a predatory term attempting to snag a bonus user with a breach of the terms...

But most likely, if they are on the up n up, its prob. just mis-worded, dontcha think?

hehe...that is just crazy. For example, if you get $76 in bonuse and wants to play classical Blackjack (2%). You need to use about one hour just to calculate how to bet and play

They have probably messed up something in this section of their T&C. I really don`t know what they mean.

Its Grand Hotel and i believe they are accredited so i feel sure (almost) its just misworded but the live chat person didnt have a clue and knowing my luck if i play VP i will break the terms. Guess its slots only for this one.

I am quite tired of CS that almost doesn't know what the name of their casino is. It happens all the time that CS either fail to answer the question, or simply don`t understand the question. Especially annoying in casinos where it usually takes two days to get a reply ( William Hill ). First you need to send a question. Wait two days for a reply. Reply don`t answer your question so you need to send a new e-mail. Wait another two days. Takes forever

1. Bonuses (the “bonus”) must be played through 50 times (50x) before they can be transferred from the Player’s bonus balance to cash balance (“wagering requirement”).

I would say it means if you deposit $100 and they give you a "free" match bonus of $100 you would need to playthrough/wager $50,000 (fifty thousand dollars) then after you have completed this task whatever you win from then on is yours to keep up to a maximum of $300.

Maybe look for another casino to play at that offers a better bonus deal on Video poker?

You can always contact the casino rep and bypass the CSR to make sure you understand the terms correctly. Unless you want to be ruled by a WR (and sometimes a max cashout rule) why use a bonus? You may get longer playtime, but if you bet differently when using a bonus to burn off the WR, then it's kind of silly to tie up your funds that wahy, JMO.

Hi Paul,

I don't work for the casino in question, but for what it's worth we have a similar term and I can tell you how it works here.

Rather than create a 'slots only' bonus which can be a bit prohibitive we (and many others) allow people to play a larger variety of games but with less contribution towards the wagering requirement for certain games. If you only want to play video poker then my advice would be to either find another offer or go without a bonus.

Like 3mptyseat, I'm assuming their intention here is the same as ours, but just to be safe I'd pm the rep here as people have suggested to make sure.
