Grand Hotel is Microgaming, it's just poor wording. This is the weighting term. Where a game has a weighting of 0%, DON'T PLAY IT, because very often a casino says "doesn't count towards" when they ACTUALLY mean "play on ........... is prohibited", and play on zero weighted games often leads to confiscation of winnings.
There is also a max bet term missing, and which MUST be around in some form. This would prohibit betting the entire starting balance on a single hand of Blackjack (for example), and normally places a limit on the maximum stake that may be used when a bonus is claimed. This limit tends to be around 25% to 30% of the bonus credited, and going higher than this tends to lead to accusations of "bonus abuse".
A 50x WR is HIGH for MGS, the usual is 30x. If you want to play VP with a bonus, look for a place with 30x WR, and even though VP will still be weighted, if this is also 10% you only have to wager $30,000, not $50,000
Avoid the double up feature during bonus play, as this counts as a new bet, and where the amount doubled exceeds the max bet, it is also considered "abusive play" (see Purple Lounge terms, right at the end).
In most cases, bonus players are better off sticking to slots, as any casino that has tried to claim slots play is "bonus abuse" has not been able to substantiate the claim, and often ends up in the pit (see Rival, and it's mass claims that slots play is "bonus abuse").
