I can find the T&Cs for the sportsbook section ( http://www.sportsinteraction.com/spo...nd-conditions/)
but not for the casino section...Maybe I'm not looking in the right spot?

You're looking in the right spot. SIA is aware of this since I brought this up earlier. Their response:
Terms and Conditions – We have a main set of T&C’s that can be found here: http://www.sportsinteraction.com/spo...nd-conditions/ (to find it on our site – from the home page its under “help” > “Terms & Conditions”) that are the T&C’s that a player agrees to when opening an account. Since our prime focus has historically been the sportsbook we have the link under that section (as our homepage defaults to the sportsbook). For the casino we do have separate Terms and Conditions that one must agree to when downloading the Casino software (the T&C will depend on where they reside – US vs non-versus) as that’s where we’ve identified them as becoming a player specific to the casino.
So it looks like they should be linked throughout.

This is far from ideal, since players only get the ONE chance to read them, and CANNOT read them BEFORE they download the software.
Further, they cannot REVIEW them from time to time, and thus will miss any changes.

They should be duplicated on the casino portion of the website, with clear links to terms that apply to specific countries, for example:-

"if you are a US player, click here for terms"
"if you are a NON US player, click here for terms"

Players that can be arsed to read the terms like to be able to FIND them BEFORE they start taking actions such as registering and downloading software. Further, such players will interpret the ABSENCE of terms and conditions as a clear "spot the rogue" indicator, and will NOT progress as far as downloading the software, and so will never see that there ARE proper terms and conditions.

So I am assuming, you need to download the casino to view the specific T&Cs for the casino? I'm lazy so I am probably one of the few who would rather view the T&Cs before going to the trouble of downloading, only to find out I'm not eligible to play...

    Hi,

I am the Sports Interaction Casino rep on the forums.

I know this is an old thread but I would like to clarify the questions here.

    1. Playtech accepts players from the Netherlands

    2. Sports Interaction offers players different products based on their location.

US based players use our CTXM platform

All other locations are served by Playtech (with some exceptions)

I hope this is helpful in resolving this issue.

    Thanks

    Ross

Is there a way for the sportsbook to add a link to the T&Cs for the casino without having to download? And since this a playtech (which US players haven't been able to play at before), am I understanding correctly that they are running a "clone" type casino similar to what MG did?

*sorry, I'm a little dense today*

Also, is the sportsbook working on the premise like Intertops green used to do, where you deposit into the sportsbook and then cash in chips to the casino?
