What do you mean by this? You can apply for a neteller debit card from the uk (and many other countries i presume). Once you transfer the funds to it, it takes up to 15 minutes before you can withdraw it via your nearest ATM. Very handy i must say. If you couple it with phoenicians instant payment, its almost as fast as a land casino.

Sorry but i thought that international people can't get the neteller debit card.

In some regards this is actually better (IMHO) than a land-based casino.

For example, if you have a big win, you can make your instant NETeller withdrawal, and then you've got instant access to as much, or as little as you want through the ATM card!

Much more preferable and secure compared to walking out of a land based casino with pockets full of cash. (Not that I have a problem with pockets full of cash, just not very safe that's all.)
