IMHO, The Phoenician's payout system...

certainly makes it closer to a land based place.

I cannot speak for the rest of you but I'd like to know how you guys feel.

I've been playing a lot at The Phoenician and enjoying myself no end. If I lose, oh well. But when I win I really enjoy getting my money in 5 minutes. There is something about "the bird in the hand..." that satiates my need for self gratification. LOL! Just like a land based casino, I like walking out the door with a little "piece" of the place in my pocket. Hell, I can"t lose money any faster or slower any place else, but I sure don't get paid as quickly.

I agree that the fast payout makes it closer to a land based place however we still have to wait a couple of days to receive our money from neteller by using a cheque.Internationally there is no neteller debit card to receive your winnings within 15minutes

What do you mean by this? You can apply for a neteller debit card from the uk (and many other countries i presume). Once you transfer the funds to it, it takes up to 15 minutes before you can withdraw it via your nearest ATM. Very handy i must say. If you couple it with phoenicians instant payment, its almost as fast as a land casino.

I cannot understand why anyone who plays online would not use Neteller for handling their money, unless there is some reason they cant in their home country. It just does not make sense. Even if you have to wait for a cheque from Neteller, atleast your money is coming from them and not from the casino where you dont know if you will even get it at all. As far as Phoenician is concerned, I have banned all other casinos from my playlist and I strictly play Phoenician, sometimes InetBet and Sunset Palace. Phoenician is amazing and support gets back to all problems no matter what they are regarding within one hour. I am still in awe when I win and withdraw via Neteller and see it there within a couple of minutes. Never been happier
Phoenician requires fax back documents and ID to set up the instant Neteller withdrawals. As long as you get it to them long before you even play or make a withdrawal, you will have no problems so no one should complain about this place. And if you are going to claim a bonus, make sure you read the rules because you should not have any problems as long as you do what you are supposed to. These guys are here to make money legit, by winning players money, not by receiving a short term profit by ripping off players. By the way I am not an affiliate and do not receive a dime from Phoenician, I just want to get the word out on how good they are so that people will play there and give them business, instead of giving their money to these ripoff artists. By doing this maybe we can weed out they bad guys and put them out of business, and maybe clean up the reputation of online casinos. I think all RTG's that are good like iNetBet and Sunset Palace should follow Phoenicians example and implement these instant payment features and prompt customer service.

This is exactly why. There are a number of countires that are not covered by Neteller, and Neteller only has English support. Neteller will call you back to verify your account, but if you don't speak English good enough you won't have a clue to what they are saying.

True and not true
(Site and everything is english, but...)

I certificate my Neteller account, and they want to contact me. So i sent e-mail that i don't speak good english, but they can contact me. And they contact me via phone, and i didn't understand everything. So this support guy ask if i need Finnish-support . And of course i say yes. I wait about 10min. And then i speak with lady, who understand/speak Finnish, and same time she translate my speech to this Neteller english guy

Inetbet pays me in less than a hour most time, not to many casino out there does that. not even the big boys.

Yeah inetbet is usually good for speed but I have waited over 5 days before, I guess it depends on the amount. All I know is that I will get paid when I win there even if I have to wait a few days.
