Cool Bonus from GrandHotel- I won!

I wish I would have had some screenshots, but I was busy trying to keep my mouth from hanging open at the payouts!

GrandHotel sent me a snail mail with a $10 bonus code (I haven't played there in a long time). I was down to $1.25 and played a quarter in dbl bonus poker, and hit 4 aces and a 4....got $20. Then I hit a couple more good ones in there for about $80. So took the hundred and ran with some max bets in video poker and got it up to $150 or so. Then hit the slots (break da bank again) and hit for $90 on a 90cent bet. Anyway, eventually got it up to $400, and played down the wager requirements. Online support said max cashout was $300 I cashed out AT $300!!

So now I see what they do about payment. I got to say customer service online is great, and even by email the wait for a reply is not long. Its the first MG casino where I've cashed out "after" the other MG software came out for the US. I had a blast! Anyone cash out from here? I know in the past they paid out promptly with no problem, so I would guess its the same.

    So, yeahhhhhhhhhh to GrandHotel!

I wouldn't start praising them until you have been paid.

Some folks just can't stand to see someone being happy over a win. Jealousy, I guess. I hope your payout goes smoothly for you. And. in the future, if you check out your casinos against the Casinomeister acredited list, you will do just fine and dandy.

Congrats on your victory with the bonus! I received the same $10 but blew it all happily.

I will say this, they used to be one of my favorites to play at for a very long time. They always paid. I stopped playing because of the FEW times it took to get paid was longer than I liked. (It is called "money walks and talks" ) But they do pay and are a very good place at, all in all.

So, I wouldn't worry....just be patient...and make sure all your documents are in even if they do not ask for them.

    Congrats again!

    Cool

Yeah, first thing I did before I even put in the CD was to check the accredited list. I appreciate the bonus occassionally from the casinos, but if it is going to be a major hassle to cash out... there are 2 or 3 I just send to my spam folder. I figure if they're on the accredited list, we have some support here as long as the player has followed the bonus rules, which I did.

I don't mind the wait, as long as it isn't weeks. It was a gift, and I can wait for the money. But boy! It was fun playing, and I'll start playing at Grand Hotel again. I actually didn't know they were accepting US players since the change in MG came around.

Thanks for the congrats and the words about the payout from them.

No, it's not that. I dread cashing out at a new casino for the first time myself.
And sometimes especially if there is a bonus involved they don't pay. ;(

To avoid sounding like a pessimist I really do hope that OP gets paid.

EDIT: My bad I didn't realise that Grand Hotel were on the accredited list. I thought they were some shady RTG casino in the beginning.
You shouldn't have any problems getting paid Rambeno.

    LOL
For a long time I thought Grand Hotel were Grand Prive, until I saw they were accredited and a whole different group..

Congrats to the OP, its Minivegas, so no worries about getting paid!

    First of all congradulations!
Also, I don't think that was MG software you played and won at.
It was Level Eleven software, the watered down U.S. version without
LOTR or the other good slots.

How do I know? I just tried downloading it and it said the publisher
was "Level Eleven" and not Microgaming.

Maybe your CD version differs, also I asked CS and they said the
CD was sent out to existing people in their database.

    Thumbs up

Wife and I left for Baytown, TX last Saturday to spend time with 2 of our boys (we have 5 sons). I logged on Monday to check email and GrandHotel had sent me a message that they had processed my withdrawal. Monday afternoon, $300 was in my QuickTender account!! Sent most of it to the bank and kept a tiny tad (all the wife would let me have ) to play with when I get back home.

Yeah ....to the software...I didn't notice anything that said MG when I installed come to think of it. And I tell y'all, I do miss Thunderstruck! Wish they would adapt that game to the US facing software.

Anyway, just thought I'd let y'all know and give kudos to GrandHotel, not only for the cashout on a free chip, but for the speed of the cashout. I'll be changing up from RoyalVegas (where I haven't won in a hundred moons) over to GrandHotel and their sister casino, VegasSlots.
