    Learning something new every day...

Ok, so I have been doing this online casino gaming for 16-18 months. Before that, I was playing online poker for 8-9 years, and B&M poker since the late 1980's.

I figure myself to be a fairly savvy gambler, business woman, and I always ask a ton of questions, take notes, keep files, and track my "stuff".

Lots of good fortune lately with several pending withdrawals across multiple sites and multiple casinos within same group.

I have been splitting my withdrawals between Quick Tender and wires to my bank. So If I have a good win for example I might split the weekly maximum withdrawal allowed 50-50 between the two withdrawal options. I started seeing some delays, at some sites.

I get on "Live Chat" and find out that when I have multiple withdrawals pending such as this past weekend that most sites will only process one player transaction per day. Did not know that until today.

Friday 2/11 requested $1500 to be sent to Quick Tender and $1,500 to go to bank via ACH/wire. Monday 2/14 (first business day after request) the ACH gets approved, but nothing is done on the QT w/d.

So today I jump on Live Chat and find out that the second transaction requested 2/11 will be processed later today -- due to the "one transaction per day" rule.

I am not worried about getting paid --- but had I known this, I would have simply requested one w/d for the full max.

So my standard list of questions regarding deposits, bonuses, withdrawals etc for any new site I might go to has just gotten longer as I add this new "question" to my every growing list.

Am I the only one who didn't know this?

No, I did not know that - I've had, in the past, multiple withdrawals processed on the same day at Rival. Full Tilt will process ONE withdrawal instantly for me, and any further withdrawals on the same day are done manually.

The restriction on ONE transaction per player per day was from the Club World Casinos Group.

I had two withdrawals pending at High Noon and another two at Aladdin's Gold. I requested the withdrawals late evening on Friday 2/11. I wanted to cash out the weekly max at each site of $3,000. So I requested $1500 to go to QT and $1500 to go via ACH/wire to my bank at High Noon and then same at Aladdin's Gold.

Monday 2/14, the first business day after my requests for w/d ONE transaction was processed at each site. One transaction was left pending at each site. After seeing this, I went to live chat and asked why both transactions were not handled at the same time.

I was told that there is only one transaction allowed per player per day per site. They told me that the remaining transaction would be handled the following day, 2/14 -- which it was. Both site processed one w/d Monday and the second w/d on Tuesday.

So if you have good fortune --- keep it to just ONE withdrawal of a larger amount per day.

CWC has been very good to me in 2011 for winning sessions. (But I was "due" after losing my butt throughout 2010)

I win consistently (unless I have now jinxed myself) and they have consistently week in and week out paid timely without hassles and offered decent bonuses with reasonable WR. I love their "Daily VIP bonus" with FP 10x max cashout on free play, and if you deposit after losing the free play, the deposit bonus is at least 100% with only a 15x WR. It is a great site that shows how they value their dedicated players.

Besides the "Daily VIP bonus" they also have a monthly "VIP Loyalty Bonus" that is generous with low WR. But you have to "earn" the VIP status and I have no idea what that entails. However, I play so many hours that I am VIP at most casinos. I don't even want to think what it cost me to hit VIP status.

CWC continues to get the highest endorsement from me for quick payments 24-48 hours max, good bonuses, and I never worry about getting paid.

That is something new that they must have started. I had won a huge RJ back in October from LuchyRed, and I had that withdrawal, another grand from Aladdins Gold and I think 900 or a grand from ClubWorld. They were processed within minutes of each other on the same day.

It is either something new or they are stalling for some reason. Who knows with this group anymore.

    All the best,
    LH
