In my opinion, some of the highest variance games are:
Isis / Supe It Up (clones)
Deck the Halls
Break Da Bank Again
Hellboy
Soccer Safari.
Generally any slot which has stacked wilds, particularly if they only appear in free-spins, will be of high variance.
Then of course, you have most progressive slots e.g Major Millions, which are also high.
