Just to add to post above......
I've received a few free chips this year to woo me back in to depositing. Small ones. This is not denied by me. Inetbet are focusing solely on this year and I was focusing on the entire time that I have been a depositing customer. I felt that Over my entire depositing history that I wasn't recieving what I was elsewhere! That is my choice if I feel that way and I have every right to close my account if I feel that way! Just wanted to clarify.

Incidently I have never made a withdrawal from Inetbet casino which added to my feelings about the casino. Either way this was a private matter and I had no intention of smearing anybody at all!\

I am sorry but we did not take it as a smear at all, our post was an explanation, we simply wanted other members to understand our actions by explaining why we were unable to add further chips.
We also in fairness did not make anything 'public' that had not already been posted.
There was no offence taken and none meant, as you alluded all conversations were on a very friendly basis.
We do hope to see you back some time in the not too distant future.

I didn't make my decision on a whim. I went through my entire account history and came to a decision that I wasn't happy. That was my experience. To be fair there were a lot of factors involved with my decision. I may come back for all I know but at this point I was unhappy! As a rule I don't take bonuses so am not one to try and 'score' free money. I simply asked to see what response I would get and to make my decision afterwards. I haven't had much luck at Inetbet but that is nothing to do with the software or casino and is mainly to do with being 'unlucky' at Inetbet at this point in time; Others are 'Lucky', It's just the nature of the game.
I have been lucky at the other casino I play at and that was a factor in my decision as well. I guess you could call it a money management decision.
I appreciate your response and wish to move forward from this misunderstanding.

I have played Inetbet for about 4+years(approx) they have always been fair, but again, I wish they had live chat to help players with problems they encounter. On the average, they respond to emails fairly quick but there have been times when they don't.

It is especially important that they reply quickly when they add free bonuses to your account and the software doesn't keep track of playthrough, if they don't respond quickly to remaining playthrough or whether or not you have met playthrough it can be annoying, but; if you accidently request a withdrawl without meeting playthrough they normally put the amount back into your(they don't confiscate it).

That shows their honesty in my opinion.
