    Question about Withdrawal limit

Took a bonus of $60 nd at an accredited casino and was down to my last 50 cents. I checked the cashier and my wagering requirement disappeared. Now I turned that 50 cents into over a thousand dollars.

Because the wagering requirement disappeared when my balance was below a dollar, was I released from the terms of that bonus?

Sounds like a glitch in the software. What I would do in this case is attempt a withdrawal and see what happens.
If it's an RTG casino your talking about, I wish you luck, most of them scan their withdrawals thoroughly.

Ask them or try to withdraw and see what happens. Nothing to lose by trying to withdraw.

I think I read that the wagering requirements were removed once it falls below a dollar somewhere for some of the casinos (not all). If it was a bonus though, you still have only the max cashout allowed on a no deposit chip whatever that was...Look in the T&C's..this should be in there somehwere ...need to know what casino it is to get the exact answer..

No it's not related to any terms or something, There is no sense of loosing your amount. How it could be possible?

    Hi,

IMPO the BEST way to deal with this is:

I would reccomend you get hold of Support. Please specify in detail what happened and ask for their guidance from there. Save any correspondence you may have with them (Including Live Chat).

The last thing you need is confiscation of winnings because you broke a T&C or because of a system glitch.

    At most casinos, NO.

You must usually still complete the wagering, and you will still be held to the maximum cashout. The reason is that, technically, you were still playing with that bonus money that the casino gave you without a deposit.

If you had made a deposit when your balance reached .50c, then the wagering for the bonus is removed along with any max cashout.

The playthrough counter zeroes out to allow players to make a fresh deposit even though their account isn't actually at zero i.e. if you have been betting $2 all night and you want to keep doing that, it's no good having .50c in there so you want to deposit and the casino wants to encourage you to do so by 'writing off' that .50c

I guess you could get lucky, but my feeling is that you won't. (I hope you do though )
